Lawsuit Against Mueller Makes Important Gains

Mueller faces rape charge, #TeamKJ, #KevinJackson

Author and Trump supporter Jerome Corsi is suing Robert Mueller for $350 million.

Recently, Mueller asked a judge to delay the proceedings, citing the government shutdown.

Unfortunately for Mueller, he didn’t make the case. Instead, the Judge ordered the lawsuit to continue.

Corsi has an undeniably strong case against Mueller, who is accused of prosecutorial misconduct, leaking confidential information to the press, and last but not least, unconstitutional surveillance.

As CNBC elaborates:

Government attorneys had argued in a United States district court filing Wednesday that the ongoing government shutdown hamstrung their lawyers by cutting off funding to the Justice Department.

“Absent an appropriation, Department of Justice attorneys are generally prohibited from working, even on a voluntary basis, except in very limited circumstances,” they claimed in the filing in Washington, D.C., District Court.

A lawyer for Corsi, 72, retorted that the request for a delay was being “proffered tactically,” and asserted that “it is highly doubtful” DOJ attorneys “are actually prohibited from working.”

Judge Richard Leon denied the request for a stay in proceedings, and reaffirmed that a hearing will be held in a Washington, D.C. courthouse next Thursday at 3 p.m. ET.

Trending: Comey Wants in on Trump vs Squad Feud

While Corsi was quick to Tweet his plans to attend the hearing, Mueller refused to even comment on the judge’s ruling. Why? Because it was just one more smoke-and-mirrors attempt to evade the truth.

And exactly what is the truth? Well, it’s quite simple. Mueller failed to build a case against Trump. The left’s ultimate “fixer” fell flat on his face. Since then, Mueller’s clearly made every possible move to try and hide the facts. Now, after many months and many more millions of dollars, the witch hunt simply couldn’t gift wrap Trump for Democrats.

Meanwhile, we’ve been waiting on pins and needles since the midterms passed. Remember, that was deadline Mueller offered up. He promised to unleash his findings as soon as the election cycle ended. Still, the days have ticked on in utter silence. At least on the left. Because Trump’s comments towards Mueller remain relentless.

Like they say, the best defense is a good offense. And on that note, Trump repeatedly calls Mueller out on his web of deceit.

As we noted in November:

There is no collusion and Mueller knows it.

Instead of promising Trump’s head on a platter, it’s time we start seeing the real indictments.

No one even mentions indictments for Podesta, Clinton, Obama, or any of their little minions.

And like Rush Limbaugh explains,

The more this goes on, the more we lose sight of the real abomination that all of this is. This entire investigation that Mueller is conducting is bogus. It is predicated on nothing but a made-up allegation for which no evidence has ever been found or cited, and therefore the investigation should never have begun!

But it did begin, nearly two years ago!

Why is Mueller Playing Games?

There are a thousand guesses as to why “Honest Bob” is still holding back.

Perhaps Uranium One is the reason.

According to the National Sentinel:

Rep. Louie Gohmert said Wednesday that he believes special counsel Robert Mueller’s never-ending investigation into alleged “collusion” between the 2016 Trump campaign and Russia is just cover for a true scandal: The Uranium One sale.

As reported by The Hill, Gohmert said that Mueller is using his wide-ranging probe to cover up his own role in the Uranium One scandal, which occurred, in part, when he was FBI director.

“I think Mueller should be fired,” Gohmert, Texas Republican and a former state judge, said during the monthly “Conversation with Conservatives” meeting on Wednesday. “He should never have been appointed and he should never have accepted. He should be fired.”

And apparently the House Intelligence Committee is set to release a report saying it could not find any evidence of collusion. No surprise there, Trump told us all along. There is zero collusion. There is only coverup of democrat-committed crimes.

The article continues:

“Anything beyond Russian collusion are things that could be investigated, should be investigated, by the current DOJ, the current FBI, and not a special counsel that is covering his own rear and his own problems that he created in allowing U.S. uranium to be sold,” Gohmert said about Mueller.

More Speculation

There could be another reason for Mueller to drag his heals. According to rumors, the New York Times crafted much of this investigation as a way to shine on the big screen.

In fact, that is why they sit on these big stories and then pretend they are “breaking news”. Supposedly, there is even a deal with Showtime in the works.

Now wouldn’t that thrill the Trump-haters of the world? Of course, it would be a work of fiction, as the complete democrat narrative lacks any shred of fact.

There are many more conflicts of interest in Mueller’s pocket. So, it’s hard to narrow down to just one reason for Mueller to hide the truth of his investigation.

But one thing’s for sure. This delay tactic was just another one of Mueller’s underhanded tactics and he’s running out of audience members who still find his one-trick show entertaining. Soon, we will find Trump holding Mueller’s head on a platter.
