Former Gang Member PRAISES Trump’s Border Policy

President Trump got one hell of an endorsement about border protection from an unlikely source.

A former gang member.

Recently President Trump referred to some asylum seekers as gang members. Further he described asylum as a “scam” and a “hoax” during a visit to the southern border, in Calexico, California.

As with most of Trump’s “tough talk”, he correctly described one aspect of America’s border problem.

The president announced during his visit that the U.S. asylum system was full. He asserted that America could not take any more “asylum people.”

“I look at some of these asylum people, they’re gang members,” he said. “They’re not afraid of anything. They have lawyers greeting them. They read what lawyers tell them to read.”

Casey Diaz, a former gang member appeared on Laura Ingraham’s show to address the border issue.

According to Fox News:

“It’s a real problem that we are having. It can’t be overlooked and it needs to be tackled right now,” Diaz told Fox News host Laura Ingraham. “I’m 100 percent with the president and the choices that he is making to secure that border. This is, we see that people with good hearts want to come in here and pursue a dream… but I can tell you, from being in meetings in the past, when I was active in gang leadership, that there were plans, there was an agenda.”

He added: “And in these caravans, you are going to see a lot of MS-13… a lot of gangs. They are going to try to get in here, that’s just the bottom line.”

“These guys that are coming in here… they are coming into low-income cities, they are going to take your children, indoctrinate them with gang culture, and then we are going to see the 1980s, the gang war we had back then, revisit us,” he said. “That border needs to be protected by all means.”

And I can guarantee this guy isn’t trying to blow smoke. Diaz knows exactly what he’s talking about.

Recently, El Tory somehow secured a release from the Mexican jail- no doubt through bribery, and it didn’t take long for El Tory to return to his wicked ways.

In February, gunmen from El Tory’s Los Zetos gang ambushed the military near the Texas border. Sadly, one army lieutenant died and two more were seriously injured just south of Laredo, Texas.

This is just one of many reasons President Trump threatened to close the border as his Secretary of Homeland Security calls the situation dire and one that demands action immediately.

One Year Warning

Trump’s generosity here should not be underestimated. He’s giving Mexico twelve months to take hold of the situation. And if they don’t do a bang-up job, the 2,000 mile border will be shut down.

The Washington Post quotes:

“We’re going to give them a one-year warning, and if the drugs don’t stop or largely stop, we’re going to put tariffs on Mexico and products, particularly cars,” Trump said. “And if that doesn’t stop the drugs, we close the border.”

A gang member isn’t the only surprising supporter of President Trump. Mexican leaders also support the President’s policies.

WaPo continues:

Mayor Armando Cabanda Alvidrez of Ciudad Juarez, Mexico — a city across the border from El Paso — said Trump’s decision “gives us a bit of certainty. There was a lot of concern in the business sector and among local people about this threat to close the border. At the very least, it’s a coherent message for the business and commercial sector. . . . It’s a real relief.”

But that’s not what democrats want to hear. They’d much rather believe border security isn’t a priority for anyone, on either side of the border.

However, Trump has more support than leftists want to admit.

And some of them are willing to go to extreme lengths to make their support known.

Take Jack Murphy, for instance. Murphy writes for the website “I Love My Freedom.” Recently, he started his own “Build the Wall” campaign. To participate, users purchase a brick to mail to Nancy Pelosi. (In return, they receive a commemorative coin, but I think the chance to send Nancy a message is all the return they need.)

Here’s the letter Jack included with his first shipment of bricks:

Dear Nancy Pelosi,
Every brick you receive was ordered specifically for you by the American people.
Many of them even left a friendly message for you. As you’ll see below, we’ve included them.

We hope you’ll take some time and think about the way you’re treating the safety of the American people.

All 7,982 bricks that we’re sending you have been ordered by Americans across the country in less than nine days.

You’ll be receiving weekly shipment of bricks to your Washington, D.C., and San Francisco office until you take care of your duty.

We thank you for your open mind and willingness to do what the American people have asked.

Murphy’s goal of sending 50,000 bricks is fast approaching, with less than $6,000 remaining to be sold.

I’d love to see Pelosi’s face when these bricks show up in her office. Clearly, Pelosi denies the existence of a border crisis. But she can’t deny 200,000 pounds of Trump support in her face.
