Newt Gingrich Makes Biden Prediction

Newt Gingrich spent 20 years in Congress, and he played a vital role in the rise of conservatism in the 80s and 90s. Smart people consider Gingrich a political expert.

And nothing energized Gingrich like the election of Donald Trump.

For leftists questioning Gingrich’s authority on the subject, recall the former Speaker of the House’s history.

Gingrich knows all about “Making America Great Again.” He served under Ronald Reagan, and authored the Contract with America. Thanks to his efforts, 1994 is known as the year of the Republican Revolution- when the the right wing finally controlled the House of Representatives after 40 years as the minority. Gingrich knows all about draining the swamp and challenging the status quo. Thus, he was the perfect person to author the 2017 book, “Understanding Trump.”

Not only does Gingrich support the President, but he also encourages Republicans to get on the Trump Train.

Trending: Breaking: Loretta Lynch Turns on Comey

The LA Times recorded one of Gingrich’s predictions in May, 2017:

Newt Gingrich, a close ally of President Trump, said it’s time for Republicans in Congress to either “surrender or fight” for the president. But surrender, he said, would bring House Democrats and their leader, Nancy Pelosi, to power.

“Republicans in general — not just Trump — are in a crossroads,” Gingrich said in an interview. “And if they don’t get their act together, Pelosi is going to become speaker and she’s going to impeach Trump. That’s how big the stakes are.”

The first piece of that prediction already happened. Nasty Pelosi returned as speaker. And the left is desperately trying to make impeachment come to fruition. So maybe it’s time more people pay attention to Newt.

More recently, he dug into the attempted coup of President Trump.

Collusion Delusion

After two years of watching liberals chase down this collusion delusion, the truth is abundantly clear.

Obama is behind the collusion. The cheaters during the 2016 election were Obama, Clinton, and their minions. Comey was in on it all. And they’ve worked every possible angle to flip the truth while hinging every leftist’s hopes on the Mueller report- which was a big fat nothing burger.

Now, we’re heading into the 2020 election cycle, and nothing could be more important for Democrats. If they don’t pull out a victory, leftists should expect mass defections from the party.

Biden Can’t Win

With so much on the line, some democrats pins their hopes on candidates like Beto O’Rourke. They desperately believe youthful good looks will shake things up and garner enough support to defeat Trump. Then we have the crazy-chasers who support extremists like Bernie and Pocahontas. Still, others are looking to the tried and true- like Biden. They believe Biden’s resume could get him elected. Even Gingrich says Biden is energetic and intelligent, but at the end of the day, he’ll never defeat the President.

Fox News elaborates:

At first glance, Joe has a lot going for him.

Unfortunately, after a lifetime in politics, Biden is about to discover how radically his party has changed since he first won a Senate seat in 1972 (47 years ago). For that matter, he’s going to quickly learn just how much Democrats have changed since he last ran for vice president seven years ago.

The Biden of the 1970s was a moderate liberal from a moderate border state, Delaware. There was a big backlash in Wilmington against bussing as a tool of desegregation. As the Washington Examiner headlined, “Joe Biden embraced segregation in 1975, claiming it was a matter of ‘black pride.’” The paper links to a 1975 NPR interview in which Biden explains his views. In September 1975, Biden went on to cosponsor with Republican North Carolina Senator Jesse Helms an anti-busing amendment. Explaining even a temporary alliance with Helms on bussing will be challenging in the increasingly liberal Democratic Party.

Vice President Biden just discovered how difficult it is going to be to move his historic record to a more acceptable liberal rewrite.

When he recently called Anita Hill to apologize for his failures as Chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee during the hearings on Supreme Court Nominee (and now Supreme Court Justice) Clarence Thomas in 1991, he was soundly rejected.

The New York Times reported in a headline “Joe Biden Expresses Regret to Anita Hill, but she says ‘I’m sorry’ is not enough.” Hill was quoted saying, “he needs to give an apology to the other women and to the American public because we know now how deeply disappointed Americans around the country were about what they saw. And not just women. There are women and men now who have just really lost confidence in our government to respond to the problem of gender violence.”

So, on race, the role of women, and the question of ‘gender violence,’ Biden faces issues which are 40 and 28 years old, respectively.

There will be many more issues that surface. Many of Biden’s decisions, votes, speeches, and interviews – which may have made sense in the context of a different country in a different era – will make no sense to the left-wing of the Democratic Party today.

The vice president has to recognize that at 76, he potentially personifies the heteropatriarchy, which is close to the worst fear of the modern left. If he is not careful, he could be seen as a powerful, old, heterosexual, white male.

In other words, Biden can employ a crew to mop up his messes. He can hire an anti-white senior advisor to secure the black vote. But at the end of the day, he’s an old, racist, womanizing white guy. And the “loving and tolerant” left shouldn’t subscribe to Creepy Joe’s brand of leadership.

And if they’re dumb enough to pit Biden against Trump on the final ballot, democrat defeat will be a certainty.
