Democrats finally see the forest for the trees.
If they don’t make a deal with Donald Trump, they’ll all be packing their bags come election day.
The border crisis is no longer a political game for the playing. Before dead bodies started washing ashore, the crooked democrats tried to pretend the crisis was imaginary. Once those images hit the nightly news, it was ‘game over’ for the left.
Clearly, liberals hit rock bottom. Thus, they’ve admitted the problem, which is half the battle. Like any other challenge in life, once you face the facts, you can start crawling out of the dark, damp whole you’ve been living in.
Even CNN conceded Trump is correct. Not only is there a border crisis, but it’s been brewing for at least 25 years, long before Donald Trump stepped foot in DC. So, it’s time the democRATS start problem-solving before they’re booted off the ship.
The Art of the Deal
With nowhere left to turn, Pelosi finally decided to play “Let’s make a deal” to the tune of $4.6 billion. Now, the bill is headed to President Trump’s desk. Of course the president will gladly sign, now that Pelosi was forced to back off her planned restrictions aimed at immigration enforcement.
As expected, progressives protest Pelosi’s position. However, it’s time for the children to step aside and let the grown-ups get things done.
Fox News elaborates:
…Pelosi risked a severe backlash from the progressive base calling for those measures, convinced that so-called “guardrails” must be imposed to prevent alleged abuses by border officials.
But the speaker agreed to bring the bipartisan Senate-passed bill to a vote, without such restrictions, following intense pressure from Republicans and moderates in her own party. The Senate had demonstrated that bipartisan support by approving the bill 84-8 a day earlier, after rejecting an earlier House version.
While liberal members wanted to put restrictions back in the Senate bill, members were running up against a deadline with the July 4 recess about to begin. In explaining her decision, Pelosi cited the urgent need to get funding to help children caught in the humanitarian crisis at the southern border.
“In order to get resources to the children fastest, we will reluctantly pass the Senate bill. As we pass the Senate bill, we will do so with a Battle Cry as to how we go forward to protect children in a way that truly honors their dignity and worth,” she wrote in a letter to colleagues.
The bill passed 305-102.
The decision is sure to fuel new unrest inside the caucus. Perhaps the most outspoken member of the progressive wing, Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, D-N.Y., had declared “Hell no” to voting on the Senate bill.
“That’s an abdication of power we should refuse to accept. They will keep hurting kids if we do,” she tweeted.
Under no circumstances should the House vote for a McConnell-only bill w/ no negotiation with Democrats. Hell no.
That’s an abdication of power we should refuse to accept. They will keep hurting kids if we do.

All For Show
Isn’t it ironic, AOC acts like this bill is a bad compromise on the very same day she gets busted for staging a photo shoot?
According to the Daily Political News Wire:
Well, this puts things in a different light. What if I told you Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez’s emotional photos at the border were actually in an empty parking lot?
On Tuesday Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez released photos of her sobbing at a border entrance gate. She was clearly so shaken by the experience she was moved to tears. When she saw the migrant children being detained in such an inhumane manner, it shook her to the core.
She had to put her hands over her face to hide the pain she was feeling. She posted photos of the experience on Twitter:
I’ll never forget this, because it was the moment I saw with my own eyes that the America I love was becoming a nation that steals refugee children from their parents,& caged them.
More kids died after this. To date, no one has been held accountable.
We need to save these kids. https://t.co/HhdMqc5zML

Well, evidence has surfaced that shows this was completely staged and she was actually crying in an empty parking lot.
Of course, on closer inspection, it’s obvious AOC staged these tears. And tweeters wasted no time weighing in.
“Excuse me while I take the time to put on bright red lipstick, a pristine white outfit and a Movado watch before I go see little kids locked up in the desert,” one social media user tweeted.

Meanwhile, back at the White House, Trump summed it up.
The Republican Senate just passed bipartisan humanitarian assistance for our Southern Border, 84-8! In addition to aid, Congress must close the catastrophic loopholes that are driving the Crisis. We must end incentives for Smuggling Children, Trafficking Women, and Selling Drugs.
