Hillary Clinton got away with what many go to prison for. She continued using her Blackberry and personal email server knowing hackers compromised her data.
This information comes from Former Assistant Secretary of State for Diplomatic Security Eric Boswell. According to CNS News:
Boswell made his revelations in a May 2 deposition carried out by Judicial Watch as part of its ongoing Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit against the State Department concerning Cinton’s use of an unsecured, non-governmental email system when she was Secretary of State. The deposition was released on May 29.
“Thanks to our court-ordered discovery, we now have confirmation that Hillary Clinton was warned by the top security official in the State Department that unsecure BlackBerry and email use was a security risk, yet Hillary Clinton ignored these warnings,” said Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton in a statement.
Boswell served as Assistant Secretary of State for Diplomatic Security from 2008 to 2012; he had held the same position in 1996-98. In December 2012, Boswell resigned from the Diplomatic Security Bureau, reported the Washington Post, after being disciplined by State Department officials over the poor security in Benghazi, Libya, where four Americans were killed.
From his deposition, according to Judicial Watch, Boswell revealed the following:
— “Hillary Clinton and other Senior State Department officials were warned in 2009 that ‘any unclassified Blackberry is highly vulnerable in any setting to remotely and covertly monitoring conversations, retrieving emails and exploiting calendars.’
— “Clinton was warned again in 2011 that, ‘We also urge Department users to minimize the use of personal web email for business, as some compromised home systems have been reconfigured by these actors to automatically forward copies of all composed emails to an undisclosed recipient.’
Thus, Clinton and team blatantly disregarded security measures. Of course, Clinton didn’t need to adhere to State Department guidelines. Comey was in place to act as the Clinton fixer. But now that the walls started closing in, all bet are off. It’s dog eat dog.
Clinton + Comey = Lie After Lie
For as long as Obama was in office, Comey was safe from scrutiny. And after Trump’s inauguration, Comey got away with pretending to uphold the all-American value system.
Recall in his original testimony, he said he was “uncomfortable” framing the Clinton email scandal as a “matter” instead of an “investigation.” Although, technically, Lynch is right. It was just a ‘matter’ according to the FBI. Because we know a Clinton Investigation never commenced.
But back to Comey. He painted Loretta Lynch as the lone bad guy. Realistically, we must admit she’s a liar too, but here’s the deal. Comey wasn’t put off by Lynch. And he wasn’t worried about her efforts to downplay the situation. Instead, Comey was in on the scheme from the beginning.
And recently, more than one Obama insider nailed Comey on his lies, starting with Lynch. Her recently-released testimony explicitly calls Comey out for his mischaracterization. Then, there’s former AG Rod Rosenstein. He called Comey a “partisan pundit” in his latest criticisms.
Further, former U.S. attorney for the District of Columbia Joe diGenova, recently reminded us of another investigation wrapping up soon.

Referring to the Justice Department Inspector General Michael Horowitz’ report on the FISA investigation, DiGenova made the declaration during a Fox News panel discussion on now proven government surveillance abuse.
“The Horowitz report is coming out in May or possibly early June.”
“There’s another report that everyone has forgotten about involving James Comey alone,” diGenova said. “That will be out in two weeks. That report is going to be a bombshell. It is going to open up the investigation on a very high note, and there are going to be criminal referrals in it.”
Finally, people are starting to say what we’ve known all along. Comey is a Clinton hack.
So what does all this mean for Hillary?
I suspect Comey’s desperation will soon show. As the prospect of prison looms closer, Comey will spill like a can of beans.
And when he does, Hillary will finally put that orange suit to good use.
