Apparently, James Comey isn’t getting enough attention these days.
Thus, he decided to step off in the drama brewing between President Trump and the so-called House Squad.
In fact, Comey tried to mobilize leftists with his suggestion that they send Trump’s “mob back to their dark corner.”
Apparently, Comey underestimates Trump’s mob. However, we can’t blame him for getting his feelings hurt by the man who effectively ended Comey’s career.

Comey’s tweet Thursday attacking Trump supporters is in response to chants of “send her back” heard at Trump’s North Carolina rally Wednesday evening after the president brought up Dem Rep. Ilhan Omar.
Ilhan Omar, a Somali-born Democrat Congresswoman in Minnesota married her own brother to defraud US immigration, filed fraudulent tax returns and perjured herself many times according to documents and reports.
Ilhan Omar also supports terrorist organizations, fundraises with Hamas front group CAIR and refuses to condemn Al-Qaeda.
“We have long had ugly margins in this country, but we are a fundamentally decent people, with shared values. We treasure our identity as a nation of immigrants. With our voices and our 2020 votes, we must send Donald Trump and his mob back to their dark corner,” Comey said on Thursday.

Common Enemies
Clearly, Comey hates America just as much as Omar does. And he’s not tweeting to defend her out of the goodness of his heart. Think about it. Comey is acting on that age old adage, ‘the enemy of my enemy is also my friend.’
Comey hopes Omar will come to his aid when the walls close in. He tried the exact same tactic last month, begging for support from the LGBTQ community.
In fact, Kevin Jackson commented on Comey’s desperate pleas:

James Comey tweeted about Gay Pride Month wearing a rainbow-themed shirt with FBI: Fidelity Bravery Integrity. Interestingly, Comey exhibits none of the things in the acronym.
My first thought in seeing the shirt was, “This is not the shirt I would be wearing if I were headed to prison. But to each his own.”

A little late, huh James? It’s June 8, so the tweet feels more like an afterthought. Better late than never to show his supposed support of the LGBTQ movement.

Comey uses Twitter often to market the idea of Fidelity Bravery Integrity. Apparently he really wants to convince himself that he epitomizes those character traits. Nobody’s fooled.

My bet is that most Americans look forward not only to Comey’s indictment, but his arrest. And despite what some people may think, Comey will one day see the inside of a prison. Many of his former FBI employees will join him.
Running Scared
The timing of Comey’s efforts to win friends is suspect. For months after being fired, Comey sat around with his smug face writing a book about loyalty. Then he attempted to cash in on a Hillary style book tour. There’s only one problem. Nobody buys it. Comey can’t even give that book away.
A brighter person would take a hint. But not Comey. The disgraced FBI director didn’t try to make amends. Nor did he take any kind of responsibility for his crimes against his country, namely, letting Hillary loose after her email scandal. Then, the Mueller report came out and guess what happened? Nothing.
Trump is still sitting pretty in the Oval Office. And now he appointed AG Barr to investigate the investigations. When that happened, Comey got scared. Once Comey’s feathers ruffled, he started looking for a few friends in low places because he knows the day of his incarceration is looming.
Of course, I don’t think Omar has a giving bone in her body, but if she does, maybe she’ll send Comey a pack of cigarettes in prison. I hear they make excellent currency in the big house.
