Democrats have been shooting themselves in the foot since 2008.
First, the election of Barack Obama burned their asses. They certainly didn’t see it coming, as Obama was thought to be the Second Coming of whatever god they hold near and dear. Talk about a fall from Grace.
Yet post-Obama, Democrats have continued pulling the trigger. This brings me to their second shot in the foot: Trump derangement syndrome.
Due to their the abject hatred of the man, Democrats attempted a coup. When that failed, they became even more incensed. Their desperation is embarrassing.

Fox News discussed the recent doxing by Joaquin Castro who exposed Trump supporters. As it turns out, Castro’s ploy backfired:
EXCLUSIVE: Trump donors whose names and employers were posted in a highly controversial tweet by Democratic Rep. Joaquin Castro blasted the Texas congressman on Wednesday for what they described as a “ridiculous” stunt and, in interviews with Fox News, rejected his claim that they are “fueling a campaign of hate” against Hispanics.
One of those Trump donors even revealed he’s also been a supporter of local Democratic lawmakers—including Castro himself.
Wayne Harwell, the owner of a local real estate development company whose name appeared on the list Castro shared on Monday night admitted that he donated money to Castro’s congressional campaign.
Harwell told Fox News,
“I was also on a list of people that gave to Castro and if he dislikes me enough that he wants to put my name out there against Trump, I’m not going to give money to him. Obviously Castro feels pretty strongly against me.”
The last part of Harwell’s statement provides a caution for Democrats.
Piss off your base, and they will abandon you.
While Harwell likely loves President Trump’s performance, it’s clear what Harwell doesn’t like: Democrats who dox him.
I’m sure Branda Straka, founder of the Walkaway movement has no problem welcoming Independents into the mix. And based on the growth of Straka’s organization, there exist no shortage of former Democrats and Independents leaving the Left.
