Do as I say, not as I do is the motto of Democrat elites. Because the rules don’t apply.
By now, millions of Americans have seen Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi thwarting the rules for “ordinary” Americans. Pelosi is seen on video camera footage getting her hair done as salons were mandated to close.
And to add insult to stupidity, Pelosi isn’t wearing her protective mouth-condom.
Salons in San Francisco had been closed since March and were only notified they could reopen on Sept. 1 for outdoor hairstyling services only.
In a statement reported by Oakland, California-based Fox affiliate KTVU, Pelosi’s deputy chief of staff Drew Hammill said:
“The Speaker always wears a mask and complies with local COVID requirements. This business offered for the Speaker to come in on Monday and told her they were allowed by the city to have one customer at a time in the business. The Speaker complied with the rules as presented to her by this establishment.”
You believe that? Because I’d like to remind Hammill that Pelosi IS ON CAMERA not wearing her mask. Still that spokesperson for the Leftist skank lies without remorse.
And the bigger matter is that Pelosi asked a “non-essential” worker to break the law, open the salon, and do for Pelosi what cannot be done for others.
Thank God for the camera footage. And they say police need cop-cams? I think we need Politician-Cams. You can bet if we fought for those, politicians would leave the police alone.

The mayor’s name is Fred Heidmann. And I tried to find out his political affiliation. However, I’m confident he’s a Leftist, regardless of his actual political designation. I say this for two reasons.
First, he butted his nose into business that was none of his.
Second, he’s obviously anti-police as he confronted police simply doing their job.
And now The Nisswa City Council voted to ask the mayor to resign following his on-camera profanity-laced confrontation.
Pequot Lakes Police said the confrontation started Saturday night when Heidmann was recording officers who were on a traffic stop. Officers from Pequot Lakes and Nisswa told Heidmann that recording was fine, but that he had to keep a safe distance. Heidmann disregarded the officers and continued approaching and arguing with them.
The police issued several warnings to the mayor. Nevertheless, he persisted and was subsequently arrested, police said.
“You know that I’m the mayor of this (expletive) town and you guys get the (expletive) off the highway out here.”
The irony of that statement is that although the police may report to the mayor, he is not above the law. Also, those same police are taxpaying citizens, so the mayor works for them.
The mayor demonstrated how some people get drunk with power.

According to Hot Air, Heidmann plans to fight the arrest charges. Again, more verification that Heidmann is a Leftist. Because a Conservative likely would have never interrupted the officers. But if he did have such a lapse, he would apologize and hope to move on.
