Biden Begs to Get Back to Normal

The former Vice President has a new idea for his campaign. He wants to get “back to normal.” And he’s willing to stake the presidency on that promise.

As we saw in the debate, Biden doesn’t know what Democrats represent. And he doesn’t know what he represents. For example, when asked about the Green New Deal, Biden exclaimed “no, I don’t support the Green New Deal, I support the Biden plan I put forward, which is different than what [Trump] calls the Green New Deal.”

I don’t think anyone is surprised that Biden was a little confused. This is the same guy who claimed he graduated with three degrees.

In fact, here’s what Biden said in a 1987 run for office:

“I think I have a much higher IQ than you, I suspect. [Because] I went to law school on a full academic scholarship — the only one in my class to have full academic scholarship. The first year in law school, I decided I didn’t want to be in law school and ended up in the bottom two-thirds of my class. And then decided I wanted to stay and went back to law school and, in fact, ended up in the top half of my class. I won the international moot court competition. And I was the outstanding student in the political science department at the end of my year. I graduated with three degrees from undergraduate school and 165 credits; you only needed 123 credits. I would be delighted to sit down and compare my IQ to yours, Frank.”

Interesting little side note.

After the debate, the fact checkers went after Trump for calling Biden out on his collegiate lies.

Politifact wrote:

During a heated exchange near the start of the first 2020 presidential debate, President Donald Trump said that Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden had forgotten the name of his college and falsely claimed that he had gone to Delaware State University, a historically Black university.

Trump’s claim was putting words in Biden’s mouth. The former vice president never said that he attended Delaware State.

For the record, Biden attended the University of Delaware.

We rate this claim False…

Notice the fact checkers are technically right. Trump mixed up Delaware State University with University of Delaware. But no where in their article did Politifact acknowledge the big honking lies.

As Newsweek uncovered:

    • Biden did not go to Syracuse Law School on a “full academic scholarship.” It was a half scholarship based on financial need.
    • He didn’t finish in the “top half” of his class. He was 76th out of 85.
    • Biden did not win the award given to the outstanding political science student at his undergraduate college, the University of Delaware.
    • He didn’t graduate from Delaware with “three degrees,” but with a single B.A. in political science and history.

Talk about Four Pinocchios! Biden should thank his lucky stars that he told most of his whoppers before the internet emerged. If he were just starting out today, social media would’ve already buried him. Still, I find it infuriating the Politifact didn’t even connect the dots between Trump’s words and Biden’s lies.

But that’s exactly why the mainstream media is so corrupt. Trump was correct, Biden lied about his college. An error in which college he lied about is less important that the fraudulent claim.

Back to Biden

Here we’ve got a half-baked candidate who doesn’t know himself or his party. And even as Biden is running scared from the progressive left, he’s happy to shout out, “I am the Democratic Party right now.”

If the Democratic party is old, out of touch and senile, then touché. Biden is indeed the Democrat party. And he knows he needs something pretty spectacular to win any percentage of the vote.

And to Biden, normal is the new spectacular. So what’s wrong with Biden promising normal?

Biden doesn’t know what normal is!

This man spent nearly fifty years in Congress, doing nothing. That’s not exactly a normal life.

Is threatening leaders of other nations normal? Or how ’bout getting your son a job that pays nearly $200k a month for doing nothing. Is that normal? Perhaps parading a fake bromance in front of the entire country just so you can be vice president, maybe that’s what Biden means by normal.

Personally, I’d rather stick to the new normal. You know the one where we got rid of the career politicians and put a slick businessman in the big chair. Afterwards, we watched our economy be rebuilt not once, but twice. Normal now days is shredding unemployment, blowing trade out of the waters, setting stock market records, and wiping ISIS off the planet.

Normal is watching your president be nominated for the Nobel Peace Prize because countries around the world can see how amazing this man is.

I don’t think there is anyone left who wants to buy into Biden’s kind of normal. But hey, I could be wrong. And Biden just might be the tooth fairy.
