Democrats’ Smear Campaign: DEBUNK the story of Hunter Biden’s Emails

There is a reason Joe Biden’s campaign hasn’t commented on the story of Hunter Biden’s emails. It’s because the story is likely true.

If you’re accused of wrongdoing and you know you are innocent, you protest. Immediately. And if you know the information is true, you sue the source. In this case, the source is The New York Post. But the Biden family hasn’t even hinted that they plan to sue the Post.

Aside from my belief based purely on common sense is that the information is true. And contrary to the attempts by Leftists to debunk the story, it is not a Russian smear campaign.

Also, Democrats are unsure how the Republicans got the information. So all they can do at this point is deny, hoping things will work out. More on this in a bit.

For now, the Democrats try their misinformation campaign. To begin, Business Insider created doubts about the authenticity of the story. Because the New York Post scooped everybody on this one. Can’t let that “rag” upend people’s beliefs in say, The New York Times. And there is that small detail that Joe Biden knew about his son Hunter Biden’s foreign business deals.

The damage-control attempt came after the New York Post published an April 2015 email that is alleged to have been sent by Vadym Pozharskyi, an adviser to the board of the Ukrainian energy company Burisma addressed to Hunter Biden. The Other Biden son sat on Burisma’s board of directors at the time.

Pozharskyi was thankful in his message about getting a meeting with the at-the-time Vice President Biden. Another hint to the authenticity of the story is the attempt by social media giants Facebook and Twitter to suppress the story.

Business Insider noted “the most glaring questions” around two issues. First, the authenticity of the emails. And second, the means by which the New York Post obtained them.

BI claims contradictory information from the story’s major source. Further, they question the involvement of the president’s personal attorney Rudy Giuliani and former White House chief strategist Steve Bannon.

If anything, one would think these two would have vetted this story to the fullest.

According to The New York Post, the emails originated from the hard drive of a water-damaged MacBook Pro that was dropped off by an unknown person in April 2019. The owner of the shop was never paid, and tried to reach the client, to no avail.

Now enters media lapdog number two: The Daily Beast.

reporters from The Daily Beast later John Paul Mac Isaac as the owner of the store. And during a nearly hour-long interview with The Daily Beast, Mac Isaac confirmed that he was the source of the laptop. The Daily Beast claims that the store owner offered conflicting accounts of its timeline.

“Throughout the entire interview, Mac Isaac switched back and forth from saying he reached out to law enforcement after viewing the files in the laptop to saying that it was actually the Federal Bureau of Investigation that reached out to him.”

“At one point, Isaac claimed that he was emailing someone from the FBI about the laptop. At another point he claimed a special agent from the Baltimore office had contacted him after he alerted the FBI to the device’s existence…another point he said the FBI reached out to him for ‘help accessing his drive.’”

Sounds more like miscommunication, than conflicting stories.

But that what happens when you’re trying to establish a new narrative. A narrative meant to give the Biden campaign and Democrats wiggle room.

Next, the Leftist media outlet made it clear that Isaac is “an avid Trump supporter”. But they didn’t stop there, as Isaac supposedly believes the president’s impeachment was a “sham” {it was}. Finally, Isaac fears for his life, akin to the Seth Rich conspiracy theory.

The trifecta. So how could anybody possibly believe the actual evidence. Pictures of Hunter Biden smoking crack, having sex with multiple people, and insider knowledge of a situation that only Hunter Biden and his co-conspirators would know. After all, Isaac supports Trump!

We were told that Isaac gave the hard drive to the FBI. But he retained a copy, given its potential importance, which he recognized. Think of the hard drive as the “blue dress” kept by Linda Tripp, during the Bill Clinton scandal. Smart move by Isaac.

Still Leftist try to discount the evidence.

In an extensive in-depth Twitter thread, Thomas Rid, a professor of strategic studies at Johns Hopkins University’s School of Advanced International Studies who specializes in disinformation, urged caution regarding the story.

“This here is highly suspicious behavior. Especially when viewed in the context of a political campaign. Creative, anonymous, credibility-generating, somewhat plausible. Exactly how a professional would surface disinformation and potentially forgeries.”

“Note that photos, which appear to look genuine, could be there simply to add credibility to forged emails surfaced along with the photos. This would be a standard tactic in disinformation operations,” Rid continued, adding, “Bottom line: *every individual little fact*—every email, every detail mentioned in an email—must be verified when data is surfaced in such a suspicious way, not just one piece of information, say a photo. It appears that The New York Post did not do that here.”

“I see a lot of people rushing to judgement on this story, on both sides of the aisle, claiming to know what’s really going on. That is a mistake. The whole point of this thread was to say: be careful, withhold judgment. Did Hunter Biden himself hand in the laptop? Still unclear. Did the machine contain hacked files? Unclear. Were forgeries added to the mix? Unclear. Was a foreign intelligence service involved? Also unclear[.]”

Well there you have it. As unclear as day.

But let’s not forget that Rid is an academic. Thus his tweets carry more weight than the average tweep. Allow me to paraphrase what Rid said: “this here [he actually said ‘this here’] could possibly maybe be a disinformation campaign perhaps, as we can never be too certain with all the tricks that can be played, possibly. And that’s nearly certain.”

I alluded earlier that more can and will come from this story. And if Biden believes that by calling this a smear campaign will make it go away, he’s sadly mistaken. Everybody understands the double-standard at play here. Switch the players and switch the reaction from Leftists.
