Joe Biden thought he knew how to speak to the black folks. And appealing to their sense of “blackness” was supposed to rally the voters.
Mission NOT Accomplished!
In fact, Biden is unlikely to live this one down. EVER. Sorry for yelling, but there’s just no excuse for Biden’s racist behavior. Since when did he become an expert on what it takes to be black? Did he get a degree in “Blackness” we’re unaware of?
Considering Biden is part of the “loving and tolerant left,” his assertions are hilarious.
Look , it’s no secret that Republican presidents haven’t always worked to win the support of black voters. Some didn’t see the value in chasing a demographic that leans almost 90% Democrat. But Trump wasn’t out to win the ‘black voter’ per se. Instead, Trump worked to make America great again, for all of us, including the black voters.
Trump wanted to invest in the black community because the black community affects every other community. His motives are pure. That’s not something we can say about Creepy Joe.
And in 2016, Trump challenged black voters to break the cycle.
“Look at how much African-American communities have suffered under Democratic control,” Trump said four years ago. “To those hurting, I say: What do you have to lose by trying something new like Trump?”
Trump dared to go where few Republicans ever venture.
“You’re living in poverty,” Trump said to Black voters. “Your schools are no good. You have no jobs. Fifty-eight percent of your youth is unemployed. What the hell do you have to lose?”
Then President Trump followed through with his promised. Prison reform, more funding for HBCU’s, record unemployment, a boost to average family incomes- you name it, Trump did it.
Someone please show me how the Obama-Biden Administration accomplished this much for blacks? Because I don’t see it!
You Ain’t Black
Apparently, I’m not the only one disgrunted by Biden’s ignorant rhetoric.
And consider this from popular black conservative Gianno Caldwell:
Kim Klacik, a Black conservative Republican, is running for the U.S. House in Maryland’s 7th Congressional District, which includes some of the poorest, most crime-ridden and hardest-hit parts of Baltimore. She released a video in August that went viral, receiving more views on social media than former first lady Michelle Obama’s speech at the Democratic National Convention.
In the video, Klacik argued that Democratic policies have devastated Baltimore and said that Black people don’t need to vote for Democrats. She later received President Trump’s endorsement in a district that most Republicans had written off as unwinnable for decades.
Klacik and I spoke in a recent episode of my new podcast, “Outloud with Gianno Caldwell.” What she told me about President Trump’s efforts at outreach to Black voters was surprising — even for me, although I’ve worked in politics for almost 20 years.
Our leaders need to pay special attention to the Black community, especially in the inner cities. This is something the Trump campaign has done by creating community centers in mostly Black areas across the country.
But again, Democrats promise. Trump delivers. There’s a huge difference between the two.
…the policies that Trump has put forth have unquestionably helped African Americans. He recently signed an executive order on police reform and earlier signed the First Step Act into law. The measure reforms the criminal justice system and has resulted in the release of thousands of people from prison (90 percent of whom are Black).
The president has also promoted Opportunity Zones, which incentivize private investment into marginalized communities.
In addition, Trump has increased federal funding for historically Black colleges and universities by 17 percent to a total exceeding $100 million — more than any president in history.
President Barack Obama, meanwhile, infamously removed funds from a program created by the George W. Bush that annually funded $85 million directly to these prized institutions.
Trump also recently unveiled his Platinum Plan, which pledges to create 3 million new jobs in the Black community, open 500,000 new Black-owned businesses, and increase Black Americans’ access to capital by almost $500 billion over the next four years. Plus, want to designate the Ku Klux Klan as a terrorist group — something that President Obama never did.
So tell me again why Trump is considered the racist? The way I see it, leftists always blame the right for what they really do. Conspire with Russians, bully the Ukraine, and hold back the black community– all assertions against the President. But by all means, let’s wait for Joe Biden to decide who’s black and who isn’t.
