Is this a Poison Pill for Biden on China?

President Trump continues acting presidential. And it’s because he IS president. Thus, he remains relentless on China.

In what some in the media are describing as an effort to put Biden between a rock and a hard place should Biden ascend to the Oval Office, the president is said to be considering enacting more hardline policies against China. Again, to back Biden into a corner.

Frankly, I don’t think the president is giving a potential (and unlikely) Biden administration a poison pill. The president campaigned on China in 2016, and he remains resolute. Particularly when considering actions taken by the Chinese regime during the 2020 election.

More promises kept for Trump. But for Biden, not so much.

As we’ve learned during the campaign, Joe “Wing Dung” Biden is compromised by China for many reasons. Most of them are due to dealings of his crackhead son Hunter Biden’s unquestionably crooked business dealings.

It’s not even a question of whether the Chinese compromised Biden. It’s a question of how deep the compromise goes.

Trump slammed China on trade. However, the latest efforts by the administration seem to focus on social justice by way of China’s human rights violations.

Also, Trump addresses China’s illegal fishing activities in the South China Sea. Finally, the president may bar U.S. companies from having business ties with a long list of Chinese companies tied to the Chinese People’s Liberation Army (PLA).

President Trump blames China for damage done by the Wuflu virus, and rightfully so. They were complicit in misinformation campaigns that crippled the U.S. and world economies. And now they lead the effort to further socialists’ attempts to continue that effort.

Knowing the strategy of the Chinese actually emboldened Leftists in their insanity. All over the world “leaders” talk of using the Wuflu to shut down businesses, ergo economies, then allow the government to provide income equality and fight global climate change; something Leftists call the biggest existential threat to humanity.

Clearly, President Trump is signaling to the Chinese that there will be hell to pay for their meddling.

National Security Council (NSC) spokesperson John Ullyot told Axios,

“Unless Beijing reverses course and becomes a responsible player on the global stage, future U.S. presidents will find it politically suicidal to reverse President Trump’s historic actions.”

The President’s team omitted Biden from these discussions, likely as a matter of national security.

First, Biden compromised himself. Second, even if Biden weren’t compromised, his mind is. And who knows what the man might say in his state of dementia.

Axios notes that DNI Ratcliff is expected to “publicly describe in granular detail intelligence about China’s nefarious actions inside the U.S.” I’m sure this report will be very revealing.

U.S. officials said not to “expect big new moves on Taiwan or more closures of Chinese consulates in the U.S.” After all, we must still engage with the Chinese.

But it will be on very different terms in Trump’s second term.
