Imagine this. A father in Virginia is frustrated because the schools where he lives are still not open.
“Stop hiding behind the kids” and “figure it out.” The Dad demanded.
By the end of the night, his passionate plea was viral. And the twist of leftism was taking over. As we dissect this incident, let’s keep in mind Nancy Pelosi’s words as her constituents were vandalizing Baltimore. In fact, protesters tossed an irreplaceable statue of Christopher Columbus in the harbor, and her response was “People will do what they do.”
But apparently, when people demand the city counsel put the kids first, well then, he’s a radical dishing out a rant full of threats that just cloud the situation. To be honest, I can’t even believe this criticism being tossed around right now.
The Back Story
In a video that has gone viral on social media, the father is seen addressing members of the Loudoun County School Board.
“You should all be fired from your day jobs,” the mask-wearing father says during the public comment portion of a recent meeting, “because if your employers knew that you were more inefficient than the DMV, you would be replaced in a heartbeat.”
The video was posted Tuesday by Aliscia Andrews, a Marine Corps veteran and a former Republican candidate for Congress.
“As a parent, this pandemic has brought forth some incredible challenges,” Andrews wrote. “This dad has had enough, we all have. No real metrics to safely open the schools, while the [school board] continues to kick the can further down the road. Many parents feel just as he does.”
The video continues with the dad growing increasingly angry as he addresses the board.
“I literally just finished a conference call because I’m having to multitask to be here to address you guys. You’re a bunch of cowards, hiding behind our children as an excuse for keeping schools closed.
“You think you’re some sort of martyrs,” he continues, frustration obviously building, “because of the decisions you’re making when the statistics do not lie, that the vast majority of the population is not at risk from this virus.
Finally, he explodes in rage: “The garbage workers who pick up my freakin’ trash risk their lives every day more than anyone in this school system!”
Here Comes the Ultimatum
Did SCOTUS make the right decision on medical mandates for large businesses?
Here’s the part that leaves leftists unhinged. Super Dad issued an ultimatum, because there needs to be action in this sitation.
Then he issues an ultimatum to the board: “Figure it out! Or get off the podium. Because you know what? There are people like me and a lot of other people out there who will gladly take your seat and figure it out. It’s not a high bar. Raise the freakin’ bar!”
Liberals immediately criticized the man.
Screaming louder doesn’t make one’s points more meaningful, and looking unhinged does nothing to advance an argument. I understand the frustration, but there are far more productive and effective ways to express disapproval while maintaining decorum.

The tweets went downhill from there. One person after another criticized the outburst. But if you watch the very end of the video, the counsel says nothing. They do nothing.
No one steps up with a plan. This Dad wasn’t threatening to find these so-called leaders in the ally and beat them up. Instead, he offered to get involved. He said “solve the problem or I will.”
Smarter men and women would’ve said “thank you, sir. Come sit at our table and we’ll start working on a plan together.”
But this is the world leftists created. Division, distrust, uncertainty. It’s at the city counsel meeting. It’s at the town hall. And it touches every county of every state in our nation. And he do we have to set forth the ultimate example? Captain Demento. But hey, that’s what we voted for, right?!
At least some people understand what’s really going on here.
He’s ? right. Politicians are too scared to make a decision, they just copy what other countries are doing. There’s no balance, they’re letting the economy die. They have no skin in the game. Their jobs will be there whether we lock down for another year… or another 10 years.
