In case you missed it, Joe “Captain Demento” Biden threw his spokesperson under the bus.
Consider how difficult the job of spokesperson for Biden has to be. The clown can’t remember what he told you, then throws you under the bus for saying it.
And that’s what happened to Biden’s Press Secretary Jen Psaki, according to Fox News:
Biden on Tuesday night distanced himself from previous comments by White House press secretary Jen Psaki that the administration’s goal for its first 100 days was to have more than 50% of schools open at least one day per week.
That goal was criticized as unambitious as it had essentially already been met by school districts partially opening on their own before Biden’s time in office. There was also speculation that the White House was trying to avoid upsetting teachers unions, which are a major force in the Democratic Party and have in many cases strongly opposed school reopening efforts.
Unambitious? It’s insane. But then again, so is Joe Biden.
Still, Biden corrected the record during his CNN town hall.
But Biden at a CNN town hall Tuesday night said that Psaki was not correct in saying that having half of schools open one day per week — essentially getting schools 10% open overall — is the White House’s goal for the end of its first 100 days.
“No, that’s not true. That’s what was reported; that’s not true. There was a mistake in the communication,” he said. “But what I — what I’m talking about is I said opening the majority of schools in K-through-eighth grade because they’re the easiest to open, the most needed to be opened, in terms of the impact on children and families having to stay home.”
The pathological liar with dementia wants us to believe him over his self-appointed spokesperson?
And what about that solution?! Get the youngsters back in school, because 9-12 graders can take care of themselves.
Why not just make neighborhoods brothels, because I know what 9-12 graders will be doing if left unsupervised.
But the solution gets worse, as Biden proposed students going to school over the summer. To make up for the “lost learning”. Should we call that “idea of the year?”
Democrats screwed up education decades ago. And despite all their cute little names for various programs, America’s education system remains a “Race to Nowhere”. And it’s bonehead thinking by people like Biden who create the problems. Remember, Biden’s been a “mover and shaker” for nearly 50 years now. Surely, he already solved these problems. He just forgot to implement the solution.
Frankly, dwelling on Biden’s ideas gets us nowhere. But what I love is that Biden’s spokesperson was kicked to the curb. And it won’t be the last time. Because Joey Demented is not done “not remembering” by a long shot. Expect the “miscommunications” to continue. Moreover, expect the solutions to fail.
Sadly for students, none of Biden’s or his handlers’ ideas will work. They’ve destroyed most of American education, with no real solutions in sight.
