This is just too rich: Eric Swalwell, the disgraced Congressman that slept with Fang Fang, the Chinese spy, is SUING Trump for the Jan. 6 riots.
The suit claims that Trump, Trump Jr, Giuliani, and Rep. Mo Brooks “lit the match for the violence that followed with incendiary and baseless lies about election fraud.”
Wait. What? Is this clown serious? He was just caught banging the Chinese spy Fang Fang.
More about Fang Fang later. Let’s break this down into digestible pieces, shall we? He’s claiming Trump et al. made baseless lies about election fraud. Would that be anything like the baseless lies promulgated by Hillary Clinton’s campaign and the DNC over the Russian Collusion Hoax and the Fake Steele Dossier? The same hoax Clinton herself dreamed up and manufactured just on the off-chance Trump pulled off the win? She had her insurance policy at the ready. It cost the country somewhere around 40 million dollars to try to frame Trump.
I want my money back.
Remember all the Left’s baseless and incendiary lies about Trump? For five years the country was dragged through the mud of those lies.
The Associated Press reports:
“The suit seeks unspecified damages and Swalwell also wants a court to order all of the defendants to provide written notice to him a week before they plan to have a rally in Washington that would draw more than 50 people.”
“Unable to accept defeat, Donald Trump waged an all-out war on a peaceful transition of power,” Swalwell said in a statement. “He lied to his followers again and again claiming the election was stolen from them, filed a mountain of frivolous lawsuits – nearly all of which failed, tried to intimidate election officials, and finally called upon his supporters to descend on Washington D. C. to ‘stop the steal.’”
Is this guy for real? Just for grins, let’s turn this around on Swalwell:
The Democrats were unable to accept defeat from Donald Trump in 2016, so they waged an all-out war on a peaceful transition of power. The Democrats, all the Democrats, and the liberal media lied to their followers again and again claiming the election was stolen from Hillary because of Russian interference and Trump’s Russia Collusion.

The Democrats filed frivolous lawsuits claiming Russian collusion and when the lawsuits failed, they started the non-stop impeachment series, that failed, but not before intimidating and framing the unbelievably honorable General Michael Flynn. Talk about intimidation! Talk about framing a United States Army General by using a frivolous lawsuit against his son. Let’s talk about that and let’s never forget. Ever.
The suit continues that “Trump prevented congress from formalizing President Biden’s election victory.”
Is this in much the same way that Liberals pursued Trump and his family relentlessly and horrifically for almost five years through intimidation, lies, deceit, corruption, fake news, and fake accusations? Do you mean like that?
It’s worth mentioning that all these lawsuits open up the need for “discovery.” Now, Trump has the right to dig into the claims Democrats made. I feel they’re almost walking into a trap they’ve been tricked into setting themselves. Soon, Trump’s digging into allegations of misconduct will lead to the materialization of real evidence. Only it won’t point where leftists thought it would.

The audacity of this guy. For Eric Swalwell, to be calling anyone out on ANYTHING is stunning. He was sleeping with a Chinese Spy! This FRAUD is on the House Committee for Homeland Security, for goodness sake. He should be forced to resign.
My question is pretty simple: Shouldn’t we sue Eric Swalwell for consciously endangering the entire United States of America? Now, let’s just sue Pelosi as well for continuing to harm Americans and for reappointing the severely compromised Swalwell back to the Intelligence Committee.

I called both their congressional offices to get a statement. Obviously, I wanted to ask them both about the current status of Swalwell’s involvement with the Chinese Spy and what are the repercussions of anything he revealed during, you know…pillow talk. I also was curious to ask if holding Trump accountable was something they would be open to doing for themselves and the entire Liberal Party.
I got a lot of voicemails. Figures.

Trump’s spokesman, Jason Miller, called Swalwell a “lowlife” with “no credibility.”
“Now, after failing miserably with two impeachment hoaxes,” Swalwell is attacking “our greatest President with yet another witch hunt,” Miller said. “It’s a disgrace that a compromised Member of Congress like Swalwell still sits on the House Intelligence Committee.”
It’s time for our Republican representatives to counter-sue. Just do it.
Sue the pants off this clown for literally endangering the United States of America and per Minority Leader, Kevin McCarthy, “jeopardizing national security.” Interestingly, Nancy Pelosi wasn’t concerned with the impact of Swalwell’s involvement.
This suit, and the claims made for this suit, is the demonstrable summation of the mental capacity of the Democratic party: net zero.
