Harvey Weinstein Contract ALLOWED Sexual Misconduct

Hollywood knows how things work. Because, where else can you make sexual harassment part of your employment agreement?

As TMZ reports,

According to the contract, if Weinstein “treated someone improperly in violation of the company’s Code of Conduct,” he must reimburse TWC for settlements or judgments. Additionally, “You [Weinstein] will pay the company liquidated damages of $250,000 for the first such instance, $500,000 for the second such instance, $750,000 for the third such instance, and $1,000,000 for each additional instance.”

The contract says as long as Weinstein pays, it constitutes a “cure” for the misconduct and no further action can be taken. Translation — Weinstein could be sued over and over and as long as he wrote a check, he keeps his job.

Does such as agreement exist anywhere in THE REAL WORLD?

Essentially, Weinstein’s company gave one of its founders, Harvey Weinstein a literal “blank check” to sexual immorality. And as we know about Leftists, they allow almost any indulgence, if you just pay up.

TMZ continues,

The contract has specific language as to when the Board of Directors can fire Weinstein — if he’s indicted or convicted of a crime, but that doesn’t apply here.

There’s another provision … he can be fired for “the perpetuation by you [Weinstein] of a material fraud against the company.” The question … where’s the fraud? Lance Maerov, the board member who negotiated Weinstein’s 2015 contract, said in an interview — and we’ve confirmed — the Board knew Weinstein had settled prior lawsuits brought by various women, but they “assumed” it was to cover up consensual affairs. The Board’s assumption does not constitute fraud on Weinstein’s part.

So now as with all things twisted and Leftist, we get into the “fine print”, ergo the legality of what the company did to fire a sexual predator.

The fact that we are even discussing this proves how demented Leftism and particularly the Hollywood version is.

To recap: A man is a serial sexual harasser and likely a rapist. His employment agreement makes provision for these dalliances, as long as he’s able to make financial settlements with the women.

Let’s pretend for a moment that people believed Weinstein was participating in “consensual affairs,” the company’s agreement with Weinstein condoned such activities.

And fellas, have you seen Harvey Weinstein’s wife? She’s the one standing next to Shrek.

Holy Mother of Aphrodite, this woman is finer than frog’s hair. And he’s writing sexual misconduct into his contract! The company should have written waterboarding into his contract if he even thought about messing around on this babe!

Her background, according to Fox:

Chapman, 41, is an English former model who has done modelling work for Head and Shoulders, according to Metro.

Chapman founded the luxury brand Marchesa, which is known for its red carpet gowns, with design partner Keren Craig in 2004 — the same year Chapman met Weinstein at a New York City party.

The couple began dating that year after the mogul left his wife, according to The Hollywood Reporter. Chapman and Weinstein later tied the knot in 2007. They have two children: 7-year-old India Pearl and 4-year-old Dashiell.

The Weinstein Company, among other film and television projects, produces “Project Runway” and “Project Runway All Stars.” Chapman has been a guest judge and regular judge, respectively, on the programs, and has also acted in movies produced by her husband, the report said.

Consider the problem you must have as a man to want to fool around on a dish like that?

But worse yet, what is her problem? She HAD to know!

Could it be the allure of Hollywood? The glitz and glamour.

I must say, for mere ordinary men, these story spring hope eternal. This little tale of woe proves that no matter what you look like or act like, there is a hottie in Hollywood willing to put up with you, as long as you don’t make a big spectacle of yourself.

Weinstein has been married to a drop-dead gorgeous woman for well over a decade, and he’s chasing airheads like Gwyneth Paltrow? As we say in black clubs when the music is pumping, “Somebody SCREAM!”.

Believe it or not, Weinstein may be the “victim” here. The TMZ article continues,

Even if Weinstein had committed fraud by not fully informing the Board of Directors, the contract says before he can be fired he has a right to mediation and if that doesn’t work, he’s entitled to arbitration. He got neither. He was summarily fired, and sources connected with Weinstein tell TMZ he was never given a specific reason.

No wonder the FBI is said to be looking into how Hollywood does things. As TBS wrote of the investigation:

An investigation into Harvey Weinstein should have been launched in Hollywood years ago. And not just on Weinstein.

But you know Obama would never have opened an investigation on Weinstein. He had 8 years to initiate one, but did nothing.

For the Hollyweirdos who say they were powerless, how many of them had the ear of Barack “I love to party with Harvey” Obama?

Hollywood has kept Leftist politicians in their pocket, when they aren’t allowing them to be near the stars. That’s how Hollywood has avoided overdue scrutiny that could have prevented thousands of victims of sexual abuse.

Let’s hope the Trump administration can get Hollywood to change its evil ways.
