Leadership: Clinton Went Home While Americans Were Still Under Attack

Hillary Clinton said that on the evening of 9/11/2012, while still Secretary of State, she opted to go home for the evening while Americans were still in peril.  During the House Benghazi Committee, while being questioned by Representative Martha Roby of Alabama, Clinton admitted that she retired for the evening while events were still unfolding.

To reassure observers, Clinton insisted that she was awake all night and just a phone call away from her “core team” at the State Department.

Also noteworthy was that Clinton was already spinning the false narrative of the attack on Americans in Benghazi being a spontaneous reaction to an obscure “anti-Islam” video on the internet.  While former Navy Seals Glen Doherty and Tyrone Woods were still in the midst of battle against Islamic terrorists – heroically fighting for their own lives but mostly to protect other Americans at the CIA annex – Clinton was already exchanging emails with her communications operatives Victoria Nuland and Ben Rhodes (whose brother David is President of CBS News).  She was literally politicking while Americans were under attack.

This information was revealed under questioning by Representative Jim Jordan of Ohio.
