An illegal immigrant accused of a triple murder in Missouri was previously jailed and released in New Jersey on domestic violence charges, authorities said, putting the spotlight on the conflict between local and immigration authorities nationwide.
Luis Rodrigo Perez, 23, a native of Mexico, is charged with fatally shooting two men and wounding two others on Nov. 1 and fatally shooting a woman the next day.
He was being held on domestic violence charges at the Middlesex County Jail in New Jersey in December 2017 and was released in February, NJ.com reported.
If Perez had been an American citizen, he would have remained in jail, and three people would likely be alive today. But because Leftists want to prove their point on “sanctuary cities”, they allow murderers to roam the streets.
In this case, Perez decided to showcase how hardworking and family-oriented illegals are. Because as the Left remind us, illegals in America just want what all citizens want: a chance at the American dream.
Oh, and to occasionally murder, raped, deal drugs, and traffic in humans

U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officials said they placed a detainer on Perez while he was in custody, but the request was not honored nor was the agency notified when he was let go, said Corey Price, acting executive director of ICE.
Every time I see a story like this–almost daily–I wonder how Conservatives allow this conversation about illegals to happen.
Rarely do you hear of a person processing through our legal system of immigration committing a crime. But the stories of illegals are mind-blowing. Yet we allow Leftist Democrats to demagogue this issue?
Where are the people organizing around these heinous acts, who then rub them in the faces of Leftists?
Try to imagine if Leftists were on OUR side of this issue? What would they do every time some illegal committed such an act?
Perez would dominate the news cycle, and he would be associated with the TOP person who allowed him entrance. Why are we not doing the same?
Pelosi, Schumer, and all Democrats should own this. We should run PSAs all over TV daily highlighting these criminals, and showcasing their victims.
Think of what Democrats will do at the next “mass shooting”. Will they demonize the Democrat that does it, or the gun?
The same is true for the next Muslim terror attack. Will they demonize the Muslim, or “intolerant” Americans for our colonialism?
Why can’t we figure out a way to get our message across?
The black community deals mostly with illegals. Let’s tell blacks what the Left bring to this country daily. And let’s highlight the myriad of other things illegals bring mostly to communities of color. Like bad schools, crowded hospitals.
Then, let’s explain to blacks the costs. Services that could go to needy citizens, especially veterans.
This isn’t rocket science, America.
