Here are just a few ways in which Hunter Biden would be in jail if things were different.
First, what if Hunter Biden was Hunter Trump? Because as Chuck Schumer said of those who want to get a Trump, [pp] “They have six ways to Sunday” to get you. But since Hunter is a Biden, he is temporarily part of the protected class. Which brings me to point number two.
If Hunter Biden was Jamal Biden, he’d be in prison.
Yes, when Leftists speak of “white privilege”, Hunter Biden should be the poster child. Because if Hunter Biden were black, he would be in prison.
So, it comes as no surprise to learn from a news report published on Monday how Hunter Biden has managed to stay out of prison.
Apparently several “highly credible” whistleblowers from within the FBI believe the agency coordinated efforts to bury any negative stories about Hunter Biden.
CBS reporter Catherine Herridge broke the story, revealing a letter from Senator Chuck Grassley (R-IA) — addressed to FBI Director Christopher Wray and Attorney General Merrick Garland. In the letter, Senator Grassley explained that several credible sources inside the FBI had contacted him with information suggesting that the agency was strategically protecting Hunter Biden from negative media attention.
Herridge tweeted:

When you consider all that we know about Hunter Biden, it’s easy to believe that this information about the FBI is true.
Also, consider how Hillary Clinton and team used the Department of Justice, the FBI, and the media to create the Russian collusion hoax. Comparing the two situations makes it appear as if the FBI merely used the Leftist playbook to protect both Hillary Clinton and Hunter Biden.
It’s no stretch to believe that this type of protection racket by the FBI applies to more than Hillary Clinton and Hunter Biden. After all, the outcome to major security breaches and judicial protocols has resulted in practically no drastic outcomes.
Kevin Clinesmith got a slap on the wrist for lying to the FISA courts about Trump. By now, at least 20 Clinton co-conspirators should be behind bars. Yet, nothing.
Back to Grassley’s letter
In the letter, Grassley put the FBI on notice. He informed Wray that he had already been aware of the bureau’s potential involvement in efforts provide cover for Hunter Biden. More specifically, the FBI conspired to keep Hunter Biden’s name off the front page.
Thus, he solicited others with the agency to reach out to him; provide him with any additional information, if they knew of such efforts.
“In response, my office has received a significant number of protected communications from highly credible whistleblowers,” Grassley said, adding, “The information provided to my office involves concerns about the FBI’s receipt and use of derogatory information relating to Hunter Biden, and the FBI’s false portrayal of acquired evidence as disinformation. The volume and consistency of these allegations substantiate their credibility and necessitate this letter.”
Grassley made it clear that he was aware that the FBI had begun compiling evidence regarding Hunter Biden in 2020. Yet the agency did nothing. And in fact, the evidence against Hunter Biden was used instead to “improperly discredit” anything that was eventually made public.
So the FBI became part of the disinformation campaign. No different than the part they had played in helping disparage Trump with Russian collusion nonsense.
Grassley wrote:
“First, it’s been alleged that the FBI developed information in 2020 about Hunter Biden’s criminal financial and related activity. It is further alleged that in August 2020, FBI Supervisory Intelligence Analyst Brian Auten opened an assessment that was used by a FBI Headquarters team to improperly discredit negative Hunter Biden information as disinformation and caused investigative activity to cease”
“Based on allegations, verified and verifiable derogatory information on Hunter Biden was falsely labeled as disinformation.”
Finally, Grassley notes efforts by the FBI to mark aspects of investigations into Hunter Biden closed; although the investigations could be reopened later. The bureau had marked them as permanently closed with the FBI database.
Our systems have been corrupted. And Director Wray should be fired, as should most of the FBI leadership who haven’t called for his resignation.
