Clearly Joe Biden’s presidency proved disastrous for America. But what’s most scary is that Democrats seem surprised by his failure.
Democrats appointed a senator with a horrible track record in politics as the VP for arguably one of the worst presidents in history. Add in Pelosi to the mix of the Obama and Biden, and essentially America would have been better off being led by The Three Stooges.
In the post-Obama era, even Barack Obama knew that his Number Two would be a disaster. Yes Barack, Biden did “figure out a way to f*ck things up“. But thankfully America found sanity and put a competent president in office in 2016 to right the sinking ship Barry Obama.
Still, Leftists tend not to allow success get in the way of the New World Order. Thus, the powers-that-be executed the most obvious coup, accomplished in such a way to remind the electorate that we are powerless.
In 2020, a certifiable pathological liar and bona fide grifter took office. And he was instructed to undo all the masterful work of his predecessor. So Biden performed as planned, weakening almost every aspect of American society.
Massive inflation ensued, as well as a border invasion. Biden then literally sold off America’s oil and gas infrastructure to the Chinese, Ukrainians, and other bidders. Truthfully Biden’s action amount to impeachable offenses in the real world. However, in the Bizarro World of Leftist politics, what Biden did earned him medals.
Surely however, Democrats had to believe there would be a price to pay? You can’t wreck an economy that causes the “Average Joe” to restructure his life and not believe there will be consequences.
HuffPo explains that the next election will come down to one question. One question the Biden will flunk.
I was speaking with two senior Democratic operatives last week about the upcoming election and more specifically about the suggestion from David Axelrod — — that President Biden may want to reconsider his reelection bid as former President Trump gets closer and closer to becoming the presumptive Republican nominee.
CNN analyst and former senior adviser to Obama, David Axelrod logically voiced his fears after the New York Times and Siena College published polls showing Trump leading Biden in five of six key battleground states. In a social media post, Axelrod wrote,
“It’s very late to change horses; a lot will happen in the next year that no one can predict & Biden’s team says his resolve to run is firm.”
“Only @JoeBiden can make this decision. If he continues to run, he will be the nominee of the Democratic Party. What he needs to decide is whether that is wise; whether it’s in HIS best interest or the country’s?”
Biden didn’t like Axelrod’s opinion of him and lashed out. As reported in Politico, Biden referred to Axelrod as a “prick”, clearly demonstrating that “decency” Biden was said to bring to the Oval Office.
Axelrod sounded yet another alarm that doesn’t involve the two other major issues on Biden: age and cognitive ability.
Democrats moved on from the obvious, as those two issues won’t improve for Biden. So what’s next? The glaring question that many have begun asking: “Are you better off now than you were four years ago?”
There it is. The ghost of Ronald Reagan reminding America of its last great president, Donald Trump.
During the final week of the 1980 presidential race between Democratic President Jimmy Carter and GOP nominee Ronald Reagan, the two candidates squared off for their sole debate on October 28. In his closing remarks, Reagan looked into the camera and ask Americans the question that defined the times and set the tone for the election: “Are you better off now than you were four years ago?”
The answer to that question today is the same as it was at that time: a resounding, “No!”
Reagan followed his question with additional questions that could all be asked today.
“Is it easier for you to go and buy things in the stores than it was four years ago? …More or less unemployment in the country than there was four years ago? Is America as respected throughout the world as it was? Do you feel that our security is as safe, that we’re as strong as we were four years ago?”
As you contemplate Reagan’s words, understand that Trump’s first term was a master’s class in a presidency. Yet he was deposed in the coup. Nobody expected Biden to improve on Trump’s work; Biden was brought in for the sole purpose of sinking the ship.
He succeeded. So Democrats’ only hope is a repeat of the massive cheating that got Biden elected in the first place. Understand that the polls showing Biden losing to Trump is Kabuki Theater. A setup.
What Democrats want America to believe is that Biden may be damaged, but anybody can still beat Trump. This negative press is meant to drive Biden out, peacefully. For Democrats to be successful, Biden must abandon ship, seemingly voluntarily. He will then usher in his successor.
Still, Reagan’s question will apply. To Newsom, Harris, or [insert Leftist Democrat here]. It won’t matter. Because Reagan’s words will remain as true today with any Democrats as they were with Jimmy Carter.
