In what should come as no surprise, the Fed has finally charged Hunter Biden with not registering as a foreign agent.
Actually, what likely surprises most people is that they followed through with the obvious. This post on X features a video from Catherine Herridge of CBS explaining the story:

Some say that FARA violations aren’t that big of a deal. That the legislation is so poorly written, almost anybody qualifies. But that is not the case with Hunter Biden.
The Biden crime family disrupted many of America’s critical industries, like oil and gas. Pre-coup, Donald Trump made America independent on foreign oil, and we became an exporter. Post-coup, under Biden America returned to relying on foreign oil.

Clearly even Brian Kilmeade understands the implications of what the Biden family was up to. And Burisma only scratches the surface of what the Bidens were willing to sell of America; and for pennies on the dollar.
What’s the potential penalty? From the FARA website:
Any person who willfully violates any provision of FARA or any regulation thereunder, or in any registration statement or supplement thereto or in any other document filed with or furnished to the Attorney General under the provisions of FARA willfully makes a false statement of a material fact or willfully omits any material fact required to be stated therein or willfully omits a material fact or a copy of a material document necessary to make the statements therein and the copies of documents furnished therewith not misleading, shall, upon conviction thereof, be punished by a fine of not more than $250,000 or by imprisonment for not more than five (5) years. See 22 U.S.C. § 618(a); 18 U.S.C. § 3571.
For certain offenses involving the failure to properly label informational materials, provide adequate disclosure to Congress or a federal agency, or correct deficiencies in registrations, or entering into a contingent fee arrangement, the punishment shall be a fine of not more than $5,000 or imprisonment for not more than six (6) months, or both. See 22 U.S.C. § 618(a).
Failure to file a registration statement or supplements thereto as required by FARA shall be considered a continuing offense for as long as such failure exists, notwithstanding any statute of limitation or other statute to the contrary. See 22 U.S.C. § 618(e).
Up to 5 years for each instance? And I repeat, we don’t know the half of what other entanglements the Biden crime family has gotten America into.
In another example, China missed its trade deal targets. What has Joe Biden’s response been? Crickets.
The landmark trade deal signed in 2020 between the world’s two largest economies failed to reduce the bilateral trade deficit, adding pressure on the Biden administration to deal with the unresolved economic problems with China.
In the two years since former President Donald Trump signed the deal in January 2020, China bought about $237 billion of U.S. agricultural, manufactured, and energy goods, 63% of the goods it promised to buy, according to Bloomberg analysis of official Chinese data.
Any guesses as to why Joe Biden’s administration has been quiet on this violation of the trade agreement? Well it could have something to do with the close ties to China that Joe and Family have with the Chicoms.
But what is really happening here? Joe is out.
Joe Biden didn’t get the message a year ago.
Asked if the fact that two-thirds of Americans don’t want him as president mattered, Biden declared, “It doesn’t.”
Well it matters enough to some people. Thus, I suspect that Joe Biden’s reluctance to step aside caused some of Hunter Biden’s new developments. It appears that powerful Democrats are now giving Joe Biden a not so subtle sign that his presidency ends now.

Democrats are executing a full-court press to dump Biden. And by press, I do mean the media. Never has Biden’s demise been discussed so openly in the media. Daily articles are written by Leftists explaining all the reason Democrats need to cut bait from Joe Biden. And the reasons are plentiful.
Age is the obvious. But Trump is no Spring chicken. Nevertheless, even Leftists admit that Trump appears ageless in comparison to Biden. Since when have the Left spoken up for Trump in such matters. Uh…NEVER!
Next, the Left now openly discuss Biden’s cognitive abilities. And while they haven’t gone as far as to demand cognitive tests, I have seen articles alluding that presidents need to agree to such tests.
Clearly, Biden has been declared fair game by the Leftist elites who must fight to the death against Trump’s rightful second term. Elites have come to grips with the fact that no amount of cheating can get Biden re-elected. Nor can Biden withstand a brutal campaign cycle, something Trump will surely give him.
What’s happening to Hunter Biden today constitutes punishment for Joe Biden ignoring earlier hints.
The polls about Biden’s chances are not for America’s benefit, but were meant to inspire Joe Biden to fake an injury or let America know that he needs to spend more time with his grandchildren. Especially that little one he didn’t accept until recently.
Perhaps this comment by Joe Biden was the straw that broke the camel’s back?
If you want to understand Joe Biden’s brain dysfunction, it helps to know that Biden actually thinks he won against Trump in 2020.
Apparently those who orchestrated the coup didn’t let Biden in on the secret. So now Biden believes only he can defeat Trump in 2024.
If this is the case and Biden believes he won legitimately, you can understand his hesitancy to leave his position. But that means you also understand why those who placed him in power now will use any means necessary to take him down.
Frankly, I love the infighting of the Democrats. And if you think what’s happening now is big, just wait for the next moves. Republicans finally reattached their balls, and have enough evidence to steamroll the Democrats. Thus, the only real question will be to what degree RINOs of the Uniparty allow Team Comer to decimate the Democrats.
It won’t be long now before Joe Biden pulls a “hammy” and takes himself out of the game.
