I truly believe the only way to defeat Leftists is the hit them in their own pocketbooks. When they can stand behind government or taxpayers, they couldn’t care less about their crimes. But when they must pay themselves, they run scared.
Perhaps Donald Trump believes as I do. Make lies of the Left painful. We know that Trump has filed appeals for Colorado and Maine. And the likelihood is these states will lose as others have. But why not go farther.
According to some sources, Trump may be considering suing the bureaucrats who launched these frivolous lawsuits. But the reason Trump may have a case has to do with false accusations about about him.
According to a message I received, as a renowned public figure, President Trump has enough to bring suit against all the people involved in spreading the lies. This includes the CO voters group, the Secretary of State of Maine, and the State Department. Each of these groups publicly and in sworn court documents slandered and libeled Trump with false accusations of adjudicated guilt in what the Left deem an insurgency. In other words, they declared Trump guilty before any trial and conviction to the contrary.
I’m not an attorney. But I will try to make sense of the message that was sent to me.
As a private citizen cited in popular news and as a 2024 presidential candidate, Trump has grounds to sue for slander and libel within calumny (false declarations to endanger reputation). Apparently, the perpetrators actions do not just assail Trump’s image, but seek to deprive him of a paid for and officially state and federally registered candidacy after spending >$5000.
Such registration and requisite investment under federal standards is the attainment of a professional position, much like a medical or law license granting privilege which, under court interpretation at every level, falls into “Private Property Law” and denial of access, restriction of use beyond set regulations or confiscation/revocation without just statutory cause. This qualifies as a valid tort.
If proven conviction, adjudication of guilt of insurgency, has met due process, such “Property” may be encumbered by fine, confiscation or banning for a set period, condition or for life. Mechanisms exist to deal with all but lifetime banning.
It most certainly looks like Trump would not have the difficulty most celebrities and politicians find proving malice and intended deprivation and damage through fraudulent claims, well publicized under Slander, Libel toward image and injury and loss of property under calumny.
Private property, legal permit registered professional privilege is a whole different story than image and feelings.
Just say “DO IT”.
I’ve seen no other articles stating that Trump plans to sue. But many suspect that he is investigating this potential legal remedy.
I know that I would be overjoyed to see Trump fight back in this way. I believe that the more Leftists start having to hire attorneys with their own money, they less they will be willing to pull these shenanigans.
Waging 91 lawsuits against Trump is ridiculous. Let’s hope that Trump launches lawsuits against the troublemakers behind these lawsuits. I would love to see how Alvin Bragg defend himself under public scrutiny. Do you believe any of the clowns suing Trump would withstand the assault. And for one reason: they are all guilty.
As for the states attempting to stop a legitimate election, I hope Trump sues them as well. Either now, or when he’s re-elected.
