Letitia “Rasputia” James career-limited herself. In her zeal to get Donald Trump at all costs, she actually shot herself in the foot.
She got a glimpse of things to come when she spoke at a New York City Fire Department event recently. As the DC Enquirer reported, her decision to persecute Trump has ramifications:
During an event for New York’s Uniformed Firefighters Association, New York Attorney General Letitia James (D-NY) was mercilessly booed by the crowd as the firefighters in attendance chanted “Trump! Trump! Trump!” James, who ran on a campaign platform to go after Trump in 2018, brought a civil case against the 45th president for defrauding various banks when taking out loans to build his real estate empire.
In the now-viral video, Letitia James, partly there to honor the first African American woman chaplain of FDNY, was drowned out by the rank-and-file firefighters in the audience who were fed up with her abuse of the legal system to go after political opponents.

Wait. Union workers booing a Democrat?
The booing started the moment her name was announced. Then James shuffled to the stage, and did what Democrats do when they are under fire. She commented:
Oh, come on; we’re in a house of God.
She then instructed the crowd to “Simmer down”.
The video cuts to her beginning to give recognition to the ranking officials of the FDNY, where she is met with chants of “Trump! Trump! Trump!…”
What was most interesting is that the FDNY bosses didn’t try to quiet the crowd.
I’d love to know how she felt, as the soul of New York booed her; then chanted for Trump.
Metaphorically speaking, her house is on fire. And I don’t think the metaphorical political fire department will be around to help her put it out.
James believes she’s universally liked for her dirty politics being played against Trump. But what blue-collar New Yorkers who put their buts on the line daily showed her is that she doesn’t matter. They don’t like what she’s done.
So the accolades can come from other Leftists, but the public is watching. The Average Joe and Jane see what’s happening politically, and they are fed up.
Even after the chants for Trump finished, the crowd continued to disrespect Letitia James.

And what was the celebration? Another useless Black first. The first Black female chaplain of the FNDY.
File that under “Who Gives Two Sh*ts!”
Another token gesture that only denigrates the role and the person receiving the award. What is the cost to recognize Black people for useless things? The state’s AG called in, along with a room full of firefighters, and others who cost money.
Ok, so they weren’t fighting a fire. But what else could they have done that would be effective? Instead of watching a useless award be bestowed on somebody who is as insignificant as navel lint compared to real heroes.
So boo James for making time for nonsense. And boo her for being a partisan hack.
