Democrats don’t know when to stop digging their graves. A few years back, they had Trump on the ropes and they blew it. They kept digging and haven’t stopped.
The recent coup of Joe Biden caused a slight bump in their ambitions. Out with the old demented clown, and in with the new and improved demented clown.
Democrats anointed Kamala Harris as their Great “Indian-Wait-No-She’s-Black” Hope. But whatever bump their insertion of their intersectional black, Indian, woman suffering from the cackling disease may have gotten Democrats temporarily, the thrill is gone. And now Trump continues his surge.
Any bump in Trump’s numbers causes sheer panic for Democrats, which is why we get latest development.

Special counsel Jack Smith on Tuesday filed a superseding indictment in the election interference case against former President Donald Trump, slimming down the allegations against the 2024 presidential nominee in light of the Supreme Court’s immunity ruling.
Prosecutors have not dropped any of the four charges that they initially brought against the former president. However, the newly retooled indictment has carved out some of Trump’s alleged conduct, including allegations about the attempts to use the Justice Department to promote his false claims of election fraud.
False claims? Is Jack Smith even paying attention?
Typos notwithstanding in that graphic, there exists ample evidence in all battleground states of massive cheating. And not anecdotal cheating, but systemic cheating and almost exclusively by Democrats.
I’m amazed at how often Democrats talk about fair elections, yet do everything they can to ensure that fair elections never happen.
The latest case will go nowhere, which is appropriate. But what I like is what attempting to rehash the case signifies.
Democrats Know Trump will Win
“Convicted felon” failed, as has the “weird” strategy.
Kamala Harris is super popular failed, so much so that Harris has shifted to Trump’s positions on at least three policy areas.
Somebody needed to do something, so Jack Smith got the call. After all, Smith is used to bringing insane charges against people only to lose in the end. So why not throw yet another “Hail Mary!” pass?
In this case, the disgraced prosecutor implies that he knows more than the SCOTUS judges who dismissed his previous case. Truthfully, Smith has a horrible record as a prosecutor, likely because he doesn’t appear to concern himself with facts.
The retooled indictment supposedly addresses raised by the Supreme Court’s rulings in Fischer v. USA (re: the interpretation of 18 U.S.C. § 1512(c)) and Trump v. USA (on presidential immunity). I didn’t bother to look at the details of this case because I know that Jack Smith is targeting Trump.
If we’ve learned nothing over the last 8 years, we know that Democrats will do anything, and I do mean anything to keep Donald Trump out of office to serve his rightful second term.
Trump Sends a Thank You Note to Jack Smith
President Trump doesn’t need a boost. Elon Musk ran an ad hoc poll where Trump got 73 percent of the vote to Harris’ 27 percent. Those are the REAL numbers, and not the propaganda currently being sold as “truth” by the Left.
Regardless, if he hasn’t done it already, Trump should send a “Thank you!” note to Jack Smith. Because every time Smith or some other Leftist legal thug comes after Trump, Trump’s popularity and fundraising soar. Still, Leftist must try, as the “democracy” lies in the balance. Getting Trump now is that important for Leftists, because they can’t run the risk that doctoring the voting machines and relying on mail-in vote will be enough. They need the perception that America has abandoned Trump for Sista Girl.
Why else would Jack Smith rinse and repeat the same old tired case? And at a time when Kamala Harris is said to be soaring to new heights of popularity?
