Democrats claim that Joe Biden ushered in the greatest presidency since FDR, and yet I don’t see him anywhere with Kamala Harris.
Team Harris dusted off Barack Obama and Bill Clinton to do her bidding, but she hasn’t enlisted the help of her former boss and the main who helped Americans coin the term “Bidenflation”.
I predicted that Harris would not campaign with Biden and for the obvious reasons: she needs to run far and fast from Joe Biden’s (and her) disastrous policies.
As I watch Joe Biden amble around the world, I see a guy who acts like a VP. And while I will never acknowledge Harris as a POTUS, undoubtedly Joe Biden isn’t, and the message to him from the Harris campaign is stay the hell away from us.
Remember that not too long ago, the Leftist cabal considered jettisoning Harris in order to save Biden’s hope in 2024. Oh the irony, that Biden got ousted in the coup. Now Harris’ team believe that Biden is actively engaging in a campaign of sabotage. As Doc Holliday would say, “That’s the rumor.”
With Democrats coming down from their sugar high, the reality of Biden’s (and Harris’) policies have set in. And Team Harris wants no reminders of the disasters of the last 4 years. It hard not to laugh when I hear both Harris and her running mate Tampon Tim Walz talking about turning the page…from the last 4 years.
NBC News reported,
With just two weeks left in the 2024 campaign, there are currently no plans for Vice President Kamala Harris to appear on the trail with President Joe Biden before Election Day, according to three Harris campaign officials and three White House officials.
Instead, Biden plans to try to help Harris this week by privately leveraging some of his longtime political relationships, specifically with labor leaders, and holding official White House events that highlight his administration’s record, officials said. His schedule in the final week before the election has not yet been determined, they said.
The strategy was crafted with coordination between Harris and Biden aides, who believe at this time that “the most important role he can play is doing his job as president,” said one of the White House officials who, like others in this piece, was granted anonymity to speak candidly.
“Granted anonymity to speak candidly”? Anonymous sources reporting propaganda, perhaps.
Tell us what we already know, please. Americans know that Kamala Harris wants no part of Joe Biden on her campaign. And while he may be “leveraging”, what does lame duck Joey Demento have to leverage that hasn’t already been leveraged?
NBC continues explaining Joe Biden’s fall from grace:
It’s a remarkably diminished position in the 2024 campaign for a president who until just a few months ago was at the top of the Democratic ticket. It comes as Harris is trying to convince voters in the final days before the election that she does not represent a second Biden term and instead is a candidate of change. Harris aides believe that message could be undermined by images of her on the campaign trail with the president.
“Harris has to be establishing herself as a change agent, and it’s hard to do that with a sitting president at her side,” one longtime Democratic strategist said.
Harris has struggled at times to articulate how she would be different than Biden and has tried in recent days to be more definitive.
“Let me be very clear: My presidency will not be a continuation of Joe Biden’s presidency,” Harris said Wednesday in a Fox News interview.
Let me tell you what’s happened. None of Harris-Walz messaging sticks.
Democrats thought making Trump a “felon” would do the trick. When is the last time you heard any meaningful reference to Trump’s so-called crimes? The ploy backfired so badly, that people advertised that they were voting for “the felon”.
Then Harris picked Tim Walz, the goofiest running mate in history, and they tried painting JD Vance as “weird”. Do I really need to tell you how that’s working out?
While Harris may want to distance herself from Biden, it’s not working.
Harris-Walz is just a far worse version of Biden-Harris. Interestingly, I’d take a brain-dead Biden over Harris any day. And while Harris may have been the worst VP in history, try imagining a VP Walz. Exactly.
When you don’t want the incumbent campaigning for you, you’re in big trouble. Post-coup there was a period where Republicans shunned Trump. However, no smart Republican would turn down Trump’s support today.
Democrats have spent billions on the most expensive presidential campaign in history trying to do two things. First they want to rewrite Biden history, and turn the worst presidency ever into the best. Second, they are putting lipstick on the bulldog in trying to remake the worst VP in history as the best presidential candidate since 2008 Obama.
No matter how much they spend, they won’t erase the realities of Biden and Harris. Yes, it’s time to turn the page; back to Trump.
