Look Who’s Crawling Back to Trump
Welcome to the greatest political redemption arc since Judas tried to return his 30 pieces of silver. The latest repentant sinner? None other than Chris Christie, the man who once treated Trump criticism like a competitive sport.
Former NJ @GovChristie told @JonKarl that Pres. Trump “deserves an enormous amount of credit” for making the decision to strike Iranian nuclear sites.

Yes, the same Christie who once compared Trump to Putin. And if that’s not bad enough, Christie accused him of “conducting a grift.” This slob basically made a second career out of anti-Trump soundbites, now bestows upon the former president the kind of praise usually reserved for canonizing saints.
“The president saw an opportunity that he might never have again,” Christie gushed, as if Trump had just discovered fire instead of obliterating Iran’s nuclear ambitions.
The RINO Rebrand in Full Swing
Christie isn’t alone. The Great MAGA Migration is upon us, with former critics lining up to kiss the ring like medieval peasants begging for bread.
-
Nikki Haley, who once said Trump was “unhinged” and “diminished”, now says he’s a “strong leader”
-
Mike Pence, who spent years dodging Trump’s shadow, now awkwardly praises his “economic record” (translation: “I miss relevance.”)
-
Mitt Romney, the man who voted to impeach Trump twice, has suddenly discovered that “his policies weren’t all bad” (translation: “I don’t want to be exiled to a Utah ski lodge forever.”)
It’s like watching a bad rom-com where the ex who dumped you at prom suddenly shows up at your mansion begging for a second chance.
Why the Sudden Change of Heart?
Three words: Power. Fear. Survival.
-
Power – Trump’s influence over the GOP is absolute. Cross him, and you get primaried, mocked, or memory-holed. These people crave getting back into the spotlight, and Trump does that for anybody who stands in his orbit.
-
Fear – The Left is in full meltdown mode, and even RINOs realize that without Trump, they’re roadkill. If you want relevance, each of these clowns must admit that Trump was right, even if they won’t admit their Trump-related crimes.
-
Survival – These people want book deals, cable news gigs, and future elections. And guess what? Trump controls the gate. There is no money in going against Trump.
As I wrote in The RINO Rebrand: How Trump’s Bombs Blew Their Cover:
“The same Republicans who spent years clutching their pearls over Trump’s ‘temperament’ are now tripping over themselves to praise his ‘strength.’ It’s almost like they were never principled—just scared of losing.”
The Irony Is Delicious
The same people who lectured us about “decency” and “norms” are now performing political somersaults so extreme they’d qualify for the Olympics. Christie, who once mocked Trump’s weight, is now praising his “decisiveness.” Haley, who trashed his leadership, now touts his “vision.”
It’s almost as if their convictions were as deep as a puddle.
The Left’s Nightmare
Their entire 2024 strategy was built on “Trump is an unelectable monster.” Consider how that turned out, after the Democrats put full effort into this insane narrative. But now, even his former enemies are admitting he’s effective, bold, and winning.
Nothing exposes hypocrisy like success. And Trump’s latest wins deal an even bigger blow to Democrats that the uncovering of their lies.
Trump has crushed Iran’s nuclear ambitions, and the world applauds. Further, on that issue he’s going a step further and potentially negotiating peace between Israel and Iran.
And what about that booming Trump economy? Great news on the unemployment numbers, and the stock market acts like its name is Stock Trump. Essentially, Trump critics must decide between kicking their own asses or having Trump do it.
Conclusion: Welcome to the Party, Pal
So to Christie, Haley, Pence, and the rest of the MAGA penitents, we say: “Welcome aboard the Trump train!” Better late than never. Just don’t expect us to forget the years of backstabbing, grandstanding, and fake outrage.
After all, Trump’s movement was built without them. He literally doesn’t need them. That said, if they want to finally jump on the bandwagon, we’ll try to save them a seat—way in the back. But don’t be surprised if the train has standing room only.
