There was a raid to prevent Chinese “anchor babies,” and this raid happened in California.
I would blame racism, since Chinese do a lot better than Mexicans in America. However in this case, the reason is not about race.
According to Newsmax,
Federal agents raided about 20 Southern California locations on Tuesday suspected of involvement in “maternity tourism” schemes offering travel and lodging services to pregnant foreign women seeking to give birth in the United States, U.S. immigration officials said.
Authorities say the so-called maternity hotels targeted in the sweep catered largely to women from China who paid $15,000 to $50,000, depending on services provided, in hopes of obtaining U.S. citizenship for their children.
And there is the problem. The Fed is not getting a nickel of this money.
Further, when Chinese come to America, they don’t necessarily vote Democrat, like Mexicans. The Democrats don’t control the Chinese lobby, because the Chinese have been around for a long time, and they know all about extortion.
Consider that the Fed has been turning the other cheek on Mexican women crossing the border, and use these “Dream Act” children for the express purpose of promoting illegal into the American Dream.
However, when an industrious Chinese person makes money arranging this bastardization of the 14th Amendment, suddenly the Fed begins raiding?

No criminal arrests were anticipated from Tuesday’s raids, which were carried out by federal agents and local law enforcement, the agency said.
The U.S. Constitution grants citizenship to any child born on U.S. soil, regardless of parentage, and immigration experts say there was nothing inherently illegal about women coming from abroad to give birth to children in the United States.
So the government raided these hotels, but arrested nobody. That sounds like a warning to the people setting up this cottage industry that they’d better start paying their vig.
