This event happened when I first got into politics.
I was protesting the fact that the NAACP did nothing when a group of SEI union thugs–one white, one black–beat Kenneth Gladney, who was out selling Gadsen flags at a Tea Party rally.
The irony that this group singled out the black guy to attack with that rich target of white people around. The two cowards caught Gladney sort of off on his own, as they commenced the “Mafioso-style” beatdown.
The NAACP was silent. The organization founded to protect colored people passed on this “colored” guy, so Chris Arps organized a protest, and I participated.
What happened next was what made this my first “viral” video.
