Question for Leftists: Can Black and Brown Countries DISCRIMINATE?

Black people don’t want to live in Africa. And brown people don’t want to live in Mexico, the Middle East, Central America and so on.

And that’s just for starters.

So that’s why you will never seen an advertisement like this in Africa, the Middle East, Central America, and other non-white countries, that asks to hire more white people.

As Breitbart London reports,

A job advert offering “an exceptional and unique opportunity to train as a broadcast journalist” at the BBC says it is only open to non-white applicants.

Posted to the jobs section of w4mp — the Westminster political, media, and lobbying jobs portal — on Tuesday, the advert states plainly that the year-long, paid internship at the BBC World Service is “only open to candidates from a black, Asian or non-white ethnic minority background”.

The advert was placed by Creative Access, a registered charity which — as previously reported by Breitbart London — offers highly desirable, paid internships at top media companies, from which white people are excluded from applying.

“We help young people, from under-represented communities throughout the UK, to access creative careers,” says the organisation on its website. “Our vision is that in the longer term, our interns will progress to management positions, and in turn bring in others from under-represented communities in alongside them.”

How about asking for people who really want to work?

Looking for the most industrious people should be what every country wants. As opposed to providing the “easy button” because of somebody’s color, gender, religion, or sexual choices.

Then there’s this irony, as the article points out.

Far from being underrepresented, the BBC’s Equality Information Report for 2017 showed that black and minority ethnic (BME) people make up 14.5 per cent of the corporation’s workforce, while comprising less than 13 per cent of Britain’s population at the 2011 census.

While the BBC claims the drive for greater diversity is to ensure its workforce “reflects the UK”, the company has committed to engineering “a workforce at least as diverse, if not more so, than any other in the industry”.

Diversity for the sake of diversity.

And Leftists wonder why they swim in the shallow end of the gene pool?

None of the requirements Leftists impose on countries like the UK or the U.S. are imposed on African countries. Further, all the clamor over diversity, yet Leftists never bring up the lack of diversity in the Middle East. And not just ethnic diversity, but sexual diversity, religious diversity, and so on.

Why are only the most civilized countries held to such standards?

No civilized group of people should be discriminated against. If you do no harm, follow the laws, and work hard, any society should embrace you. And I contend they would.

So why concern oneself with the “color” of society? Shouldn’t we judge society on its nature, i.e. the content of its character?
