Trump Jinx Hits Media: Big Layoffs Coming at Major Outlet

I wrote of the “Trump Jinx” a while back, though I didn’t call it that.

It seems that most anti-Trumpers find their fortunes lessened along with their career prospects.

For example, look at Hollyweird. Big anti-Trumper, pro-crooked Hillary Weinstein’s career is over. The very thing the Left tried to tie around the neck of presidential candidate Donald Trump boomeranged to bite Weinstein in his big Jewish butt-cheeks.

Louis C.K. hasn’t helped Hollywood or women. As we recently wrote of C.K.

Sexual Predator in Feminist Skin

Over the past few years Louis CK has received a lot of attention from feminists for his pro-women stance in some of his comedy material. He has sought to tackle difficult subjects like rape and violence towards women in his stand up acts.

In CK’s 2013 HBO special, Oh My God he said:

“How do women still go out with guys, when you consider the fact that there is no greater threat to women than men?”

“We’re the number one threat! To women! Globally and historically, we’re the number one cause of injury and mayhem to women. We’re the worst thing that ever happens to them!”

As we’ve written a lot at TBS, Leftists hide in plain sight.

Thus, CK pretended to care about women while doing his stage “act”. However, off stage, CK sexually abused women.

Like Weinstein, C.K.’s career is over. Further, who would believe the feminazis?

The vaginaheads have zero credibility. Ashley Judd and many others allowed the Weinstein’s and C.K.’s to have their way with them, and sacrificed many subsequent women on the altar of the “casting couch”.

Ironically, the credibility of the Women’s Movement still remains higher than that of the media.

The media attacked Trump with fake news. However, instead of running, President Trump called them on it. Now, all the so-called major media outlets are considered “fake news” and are bleeding red. Without boneheads like billionaire Jeff Bezos propping up rags like the Washington Posts, they would be deader than disco.

Then there is the NFL?

Week after week their ratings have dropped. The biggest drops occurred after the president called the league out for letting players take a knee. The Trump Jinx runs roughshod over the league.

But the NFL isn’t alone.

As we’ve reported, ESPN moved from sports to social justice years ago. And the Trump Jinx hit them as well.

Breitbart reported in October that ESPN hemorrhaged 15,000 subscribers a day in October. For those doing the math that’s 480,000 for the month.

No doubt, there are many frowns being worn on the faces of ESPN executives after reviewing the October Cable Coverage Estimates. ESPN lost over 15,000 subscribers for every day ending in “y,” during the month of October.

With those numbers, there can be only one result: layoffs.

While President Trump revitalizes the rest of American industry, he can’t save some companies from themselves. So according to Sports Illustrated, ESPN plans to have a massive layoff after Thanksgiving.

ESPN will lay off more than 100 staffers after the Thanksgiving holidays, multiple sources tell Sports Illustrated. The layoffs, which were described by a person briefed on the plans, will hit positions across ESPN including front-facing talent on the television side, producers, executives, and digital and technology staffers. The SportsCenter franchise is expected to be hit hard—including on-air people—given the frequency of the show has lessened considerably on main network ESPN.

Multiple ESPN employees in speaking with SI said the atmosphere in Bristol is tense, especially in the SportsCenter division. Asked to characterize how employees are feeling, one longtime on-air anchor offered one word: “Queasy.”

Perhaps ESPN will get the lesson?

Like Hollywood and the media, ESPN will figure out that the Trump Jinx is real; sort of. The jinx occurs when people or companies go against common sense.
