James Comey will be remembered as the most crooked director in FBI history. And leftists can no longer deny Comey behaved as a political hack for the Clintons.
Enter Sally Yates. It’s a name we’ve rarely seen in the news cycle. However, Yates served as Deputy Attorney General. That means Yates served as Comey’s boss! So it comes as some surprise that Yates never authorized the surveillance of General Flynn.
As Fox News explains:
Former Deputy Attorney General Sally Yates told the Senate Judiciary Committee on Wednesday that when the FBI interviewed then-incoming national security adviser Michael Flynn in January 2017, it was done without her authorization, and that she was upset when she found out about it.
“I was upset that Director Comey didn’t coordinate that with us and acted unilaterally,” Yates said.
“Did Comey go rogue?” Graham asked.
“You could use that term, yes,” Yates agreed.
Yates said she also took issue with Comey for not telling her that Flynn’s communications with then-Russian Ambassador Sergey Kislyak were being investigated and that she first learned about this from President Barack Obama during an Oval Office meeting. Yates said she was “irritated” with Comey for not telling her about this earlier.
That meeting, which took place on Jan. 5, 2017, was of great interest to Graham, who wanted to know why Obama knew about Flynn’s conversations before she did. Graham and other Republicans have speculated that Obama wanted Flynn investigated for nefarious purposes…
A Higher Loyalty:
In a laughable nod to Comey, Yates held to a higher loyalty. Thus, she protected Obama at that point. According to her testimony, Obama was looking into threats of retaliation after he issued sanctions against Russia. But we all know what really happened from there. It started with a fake dossier and led up to the attempted coup of President Trump.
Further, Yates actually supported Flynn’s prosecution.
According to Fox:
[Yates] said that the Justice Department’s decision to dismiss Flynn’s case was “highly irregular,” and that in her nearly 30 years as a federal prosecutor she had “never seen” anything like it.
But she forgot one to consider this- How many times has she seen such a blatant attempt to over-throw a president? Because that’s the true scandal in all this nonsense.
And while congress is wasting more time and money on these ridiculous probes, Yates is sounding the alarms. She claims Russian interference still plays a huge role on the political front.

Recently, President Donald Trump slammed former FBI Director James Comey on Fox & Friends Friday, calling him “dumb as a rock” and saying that “there’s something wrong with him.”
“You don’t have Clapper, and Brennan, who’s sleaze, and a guy like Comey, who’s a sick man, I mean Comey’s a sick man. He played it so cute with Hillary. [Comey] was trying to play it cute. He was trying to help her. And, ultimately, he might have hurt her. He was trying to help her so much that he might have ended up hurting her,” Trump said.
He continued, “And he’s just a stupid guy. He’s dumb as a rock, and he’s a sick guy. There’s something wrong with him. But it’s all coming out and I love to watch it step-by-step, day-by-day, thousands and thousands of pages.”
It seems no matter how Yates sugar coats it, Obama was in on crooked Comey’s plan to protect Hillary and burn Trump at the stake.
Only they failed, as they will continue to fail. Not even the coronavirus can stop the Trump train from steam rolling the 2020 election.
