If Salon-Gate taught us anything, it’s that mask mandates are unconstitutional. The elitists like Pelosi know this.
Aside from that, wearing a mask for extended periods of time is dangerous and protects nobody. Sanity approaches in the mask versus no mask debate. And it will end from legal battles.
As a former management consultant who understands risk, I’m confident that corporate legal staffs will soon put the kabash on mandatory mask-wearing. First, wearing masks undoubtedly violates OSHA rules, as well as all rules of common sense. You can’t breathe properly in any of them, certainly not for extended periods of time. And why would a healthy person unafraid of Wuflu dare wear a mask? Because Joe “Captain Demento” Biden says it’s patriotic? So it is only a matter of time before enterprising employees teamed with smart attorneys get in on the gravy train.
Second, what of consumers?
Once a store dictates a mask-wearing policy, you can bet the “slip and fall” artists won’t take long to “pass out” when told by the store to wear that useless mask. And that’s why in the lyrics of Sam Cooke’s “A Change is Gonna Come”, the mask policies are being relaxed.
According to CNN, Walmart, CVS, Walgreens, Home Depot, Lowe’s and others caved on their mask policy. Now all will allow customers without masks to shop at their stores. Interesting side note, I’ve shopped maskless at all these stores. So the mask enforcement was either lax, or I just had that “don’t jack with me” look on my face, and they ignored me.
The article explains,
“Anti-maskers have sparked violent incidents at stores, restaurants and other businesses over requirements to wear them.”
Seriously. People with sense enough to dismiss the unconstitutional mandates represent the problem? I think not.
Idiot sheeple who wear their masks believing they protect the public need their asses kicked. There exists plenty of evidence that masks are useless against real pathogens, including the over-hyped Wuflu.
Leftists got their wish. Mask wars. Mask versus non-mask.
As I said, I have NEVER worn the mask, yet I’m rarely accosted. I watched videos of confrontations, and frankly want mine to happen. My time may have passed.
Apparently the answer to the mask v. no mask for Walmart involves placing “health ambassadors” at store entrances. These people will encourage customers to wear masks, but will not deny them entry if they refuse to put one on.
A Walmart representative commented,
“With every requirement there are exceptions that have been established to avoid escalating the situation and putting our associates in harm’s way. Our goal is to keep associates from a physical confrontation in the stores.”
Lowe’s plans on placing signs throughout stores to remind customers to wear masks. And like other stores Lowe’s will offer customers free masks if they don’t have one. For Lowe’s, it’s a matter of safety.
“We will not ask our associates to put their safety at risk by confronting customers about wearing masks,” a Lowe’s representative said.
Yes, another warning from the legal team, I’m sure.
I had a run-in with an overzealous “masker” at Dick’s. I was forced to visit Dick’s to pick up an item for my son. I refused to wear the mask when asked by people at the front door.
After I went upstairs to the location I needed to get the item, a young man approached me. Then he asked me to wear a mask.
I replied I have a medical reason not to wear a mask. To which he said that I could do curbside pickup.
Then I said Rosa Parks could have sat at the back of the bus, but she didn’t. Next, I gave my reason for not wearing a mask. Finally, I commented that I want the in-store shopping experience, not curbside pickup. Oh, and I advised him to stop harassing me and get his boney ass back to real work.
He said, “I’m just trying to protect my customers.”
Really? How does getting your ass kicked do that? Not to mention, as if customers needed him to protect them.
Even more recently, I had an Antifa-like Gen-Zer confront me on not wearing my mask correctly as I exited a plane. I told him to mind his business in less than kind words.
Cops met us in the lobby. I was released, and ultimately I learned that the Gen-Zer was kicked off the airline permanently.
Other stores have different reasons for ending the mask wars.
Home Depot compared the new mask policy to their shoplifting policy. Again, the company put the safety of their employees first. They explained that mask mandates potentially put their employees in a dangerous situation.
“It’s too dangerous to forcibly or physically deny entry,” a spokesperson said.
I refer you back to my situation at Dick’s. Because I was razor thin on opening a can of whoop ass in that store.
But I’m not the only one fighting. Citizens of Washington, MO decided to fight back.

Folks arrived early armed with signs and determination. Franklin County has had 791 confirmed cases and 19 deaths from Covid-19. Some people were against a requirement to wear a mask including the county’s Presiding Commissioner Tim Brinker. He said they don’t need a new rule, “…because were doing it right now without the mandate of government right now in Franklin County.”
Smart move, Washington MO citizens. Because it’s not about the mask.
So why will the mask wars end? Because of people like me and the citizens of Washington, MO. Those who refused to relinquish our basic human rights over a lie.
Because of us, in a short amount of time most major retail stores realized that you can’t force people to wear masks. Cities will back down soon, and I will crow like a rooster for the small part I played in this experiment in Draconian Leftism.
But what of the recent developments in Nashville?
In case you wonder why Leftists haven’t discussed tracking or even testing, Nashville city council’s emails gives us the answer: the Wuflu infection and death numbers are bullsh*t.
I predicted this cover-up long ago. And expect to see many people asking for retribution when the real truth comes out.
Soon Pelosi will do the same mea culpa she did on rioting and looting, on masks. She will be forced to admit her guilt in perpetrating a lie.
