A federal judge in Texas extended the suspension of President Biden’s 100-day moratorium on deportations until Feb. 23. Biden’s dictatorial fiat cited the “the irreparable harm” facing Texas if an extension” wasn’t granted by Judge Drew Tipton.

The order did state, though, that the Biden administration “argued that the 100-day pause on removals is necessary to allow” them to take account “important immigration, foreign policy, and humanitarian considerations.”
“The Court may ultimately be persuaded by the Defendants’ arguments, but any harm they might incur between now and then does not outweigh the potential for irreparable harm to Texas,” Tipton wrote.
Tipton implemented a nationwide injunction because a geographically-limited order would not adequately protect Texas’ interests due to “the free flow of movement” of illegal aliens from other states.
Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton last month sued the Biden administration for its move to put a 100 day pause on deportations.
Clearly Biden has more concern for illegals than he does for taxpaying citizens. With a complicit media and social media doing his bidding, Biden will find a willing audience. However, a few more court losses, and the American people might realize that Biden is indeed a menace. Or dare I say DICTATOR?
With over 40 Executive Orders, Biden set the stage for the next Republican president to tell Congress to kiss her black buttocks. Gotcha!
Who needs Dominion when you have Biden’s soon-to-be record to showcase. Democrats think they have the secret decoder ring to staying in office. But all they did was piss off 80 million angry Americans who will get our country back.
Thankfully, Trump’s judges now keep Biden in check. And soon they will make themselves heard in no uncertain terms.
