As Vox reports, Amazon has a race issue.
When Chanin Kelly-Rae started working at Amazon in 2019 as a global manager of diversity in the company’s cloud computing division, she had big ambitions for her new job. She had nearly two decades of experience leading diversity and inclusion efforts inside important institutions, like Washington state’s governor’s office, but she’d never worked at an influential global business leader like Amazon.
But less than a year later, Kelly-Rae quit. Her tenure inside the company convinced her that Amazon’s corporate workplace has deep, systemic issues that disadvantage Black employees and workers from other underrepresented backgrounds. And she was dismayed by her perception that Amazon leadership was unwilling to listen to internal experts about how to identify and fix these problems.
“Amazon was not doing things in a way that represents best practices that would advance diversity and inclusion in any way that is meaningful and thoughtful,” she told Recode. “Let me add: Amazon appeared to be taking steps backward instead of forward.”
Being “woke” isn’t just for conservatives, boy and girls. As I’ve predicted on my radio show many times, Leftist dogma always ends up hurting Leftists the most.
All the virtue-signaling whites believe they can avoid the swamp of “woke” with their trinkets and platitudes.
They don’t understand that Black Leftists will never stop with the guilt trips. There is no end in sight, until all white people are paying or are dead. Trust me, with no white people to blame, Black Leftists will still complain.

Look at the recently leaked instructions by Coke, informing employees that they need to “act less white” as part of the company’s alleged diversity training — but the material was yanked offline following a viral whistleblower post.
The “Confronting Racism” course in question was offered by LinkedIn Education and allegedly utilized by the soft-drink titan.
“In the U.S. and other Western nations, white people are socialized to feel that they are inherently superior because they are white,” reads one of the slides, allegedly sent from an “internal whistleblower” and posted on Twitter by YouTube commentator Karlyn Borysenko.
Another slide suggests “try to be less white” with tips including “be less oppressive,” “listen,” “believe” and “break with white solidarity.”
Exactly how should they do that? By sagging their jeans or talking in Ebonics?
I’d really love a clear definition of what makes a person “white”, besides color. I know what we are being told. That timeliness, hard work, meritocracy as examples are all “white” characteristics. I had no idea that these things that make people successful and respect others were actually “racist” characteristics.
Back to Amazon.
Apparently, Amazon needs to revamp its “diversity” department. Because the corporate behemoth missed the mark on a new advertising campaign. See for yourself.
Note the change between the graphics. On the left is the Amazon logo as “Hitler”. On the right, a kindler, gentler version.
Yes America, somebody noted the resemblance of the left graphic to Hitler. Thus, Amazon immediately changed it. Can’t risk getting canceled over a graphic.
I wonder how they’ll revamp the image this time? Will there be a smiley wearing a hijab? That would definitely help with sucking up to brown people.
In fact, might as well adjust the image to have brown, really dark brown skin. That surely does a better job of catering to the masses.
Meanwhile, Amazon must address that other racial issue mentioned earlier. I’m sure they will hire many more Blacks. And those blacks will be promoted regardless of ability. Then Amazon will go the way of any company who succumbs to politically-correct social engineering. Eventually, Amazon will die. Because they lost focus on making a great company.
