Biden’s Long List of Lies in Afghanistan

The president should thank his lucky stars that he’s not a wooden puppet made by an old man named Geppetto. Because if he were, his nose would be as long as Interstate 35, that stretches from Canada to Mexico.

While that comparison might sound a bit silly, there is nothing funny about Biden’s level of dishonesty. Especially regarding our pull-out from Afghanistan.

Virtually every statement Biden made regarding the Taliban, our exit strategy, and the logistics between the two is completely fabricated. Not one ounce of truth can be found, starting with the president’s earlies assertions. According to Biden, this pull-out would occur in an organized, orderly, and even peaceful fashion.

As Maury Povich would say, that is a lie!

Biden, Lie, Kevin Jackson, Maury Povich

Fox News explains:

Americans and Afghan allies alike were left scrambling to enter the Kabul airport for evacuation, navigating Taliban checkpoints and enduring beatings from Taliban fighters. An ISIS-K suicide bombing outside the airport killed 13 American service members and dozens of Afghans.

In July, Biden said that it would be “highly unlikely” for the Taliban to take over the country after the U.S. pulled out.

“So the question now is, where do they go from here?” Biden said at a press conference last month. “The jury is still out, but the likelihood there’s going to be the Taliban overrunning everything and owning the whole country is highly unlikely.”

The Taliban swiftly overtook Afghanistan after the U.S. announced our withdrawal. Kabul fell to the Taliban in the middle of August, while evacuation efforts were still ongoing.

Most recently, Biden promised that his administration would get every American who wanted to leave Afghanistan out of the country.

“That’s what we’re doing now, that’s the path we’re on. And I think we’ll get there,” Biden said in an Aug. 16 ABC News interview. “If there’s American citizens left, we’re gonna stay to get them all out.”

But that didn’t happen.

“We did not get everybody out that we wanted to get out,” Marine Corps Gen. Kenneth F. McKenzie Jr. admitted on Monday.

Hundreds of Americans and Afghan allies remained in Afghanistan after the final troops left the country, with reports indicating that the Taliban carried out “house-to-house executions” after the troops departed.

The final U.S. troop boarded a plane out of Kabul on Monday, the day before the pullout deadline.

The White House did not respond to Fox News’ questions as to why the president repeatedly misled the public.

But do we even need to ask why?

We already know Biden is a clown. And he clearly has either a traumatic brain injury or a medical condition, such as dementia. Plus, lying is second nature for the president.

Recall, this man lied about the circumstances surrounding the deaths of both his wife and his newborn daughter. Biden claimed they were hit by a drunk driver. Instead, Biden’s wife was responsible for the crash that claimed their lives.

Then, Biden pretended to graduate law school at the top of his class, on scholarship. Instead, he was at the bottom and he had the same financial aid that was common of the times.  Those three degrees he claimed to possess? Well, Biden barely got one degree. He’s no brainiac.

Thus, why would a single American believe this president when he looks us in the eye and claims everything will be just fine?

Here are a few more Biden lies:

      • The Taliban can be trusted.
      • They are not angry with America.
      • Americans had safe access to the airport and plenty of time to get out.
      • We won’t leave a single American or ally behind.
      • No one saw this disaster coming.
      • The Administration planned for every contingency.

But here’s the truth:

The Taliban is going door-to-door and shooting and hanging any Afghan who worked with the United States over the last 20 years. It’s a prelude to what’s to come for tens of thousands of loyal Afghans who may be left behind because of your lack of an evacuation plan.

Millions of Afghan women and girls will lose their most basic rights as the Taliban forces them back into a new era of repression and physical and sexual abuse. American troops are now forced to stand by while 13-year-old girls are torn from their families and sold into sexual slavery.

And the trust we had with our NATO allies who served alongside us has been unquestionably compromised as they received no warning of the pullout and now struggle to get their own people out of Afghanistan.

Bigger, Stronger, Better

And by better, I mean worse. Because the actions of Joe Biden singlehandedly lead to a reinforced enemy.

Moreover, the Taliban has been made even stronger with billions of dollars worth of American military equipment that you failed to extricate; it’s freeing former members of ISIS and other terrorists from Afghan prisons; the U.S. homeland is considerably less safe as terrorists now have the entire country of Afghanistan as their base of operations for planning attacks against the U.S. and our allies.

Until two weeks ago, the Taliban was a decentralized insurgency after being ousted from power by a U.S.-led coalition after September 11, 2001, attacks on America. Now, tragically, the Taliban will control more of Afghanistan than it did 20 years ago before the U.S. invaded.

In 2021, the U.S. military footprint in Afghanistan was nothing like it was when hundreds of thousands of troops were there over the last 20 years. Instead, it was a contingent of about 2,500 U.S. troops—most of whom were training the Afghan military, with the remainder conducting counterterrorism missions.

This small contingent was enough to keep the Taliban out of power and terrorists at bay. Until Joe Biden happened.
