Federal Judges SCHOOL SCOTUS on Mandates

Republicans may have gained the majority in the Supreme Court, however you would never know it.

6 to 3 and we remain on pins and needles with every decision. Chief Justice Roberts proves routinely to be a bigger RINO than the president who appointed him. And Trump’s last two appointees haven’t helped our cause. I lost my Fox News gig standing up for Justice Kavanaugh. But based on his performance, I should have kept my “tweet” shut.

That said, America has a modicum of hope in federal judges.

I don’t need a law degree to know that Joey Demento’s vaccine mandates are unethical and illegal. A violation of human rights as well as the Nuremberg codes. And if Trump were president, you can bet that Leftists would be reminding us of both points daily, if Trump attempted such Draconian measures.

Democrats use the Wuflu scam to keep America in a constant state of emergency when no emergency exists or has ever existed. Thankfully, Judge Terry A. Doughty in the U.S. District Court Western District of Louisiana saw through this nonsense.

Doughty ruled in favor of a request from Republican Louisiana Attorney General Jeff Landry to block an emergency regulation issued Nov. 4 by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.

Why the ruling?

The CMMS required vaccines for nearly every full-time employee, part-time employee, volunteer, and contractor working at a wide range of healthcare facilities receiving Medicaid or Medicaid funding. In effect, the federal government strong-armed any company or organization receiving any “federal” money.

Now you might be thinking, “Didn’t Trump do this when he saved Carrier?” Because President Trump warned Carrier’s parent company Raytheon not to move Carrier to Mexico, or suffer possible consequences with its federal contracts. But that is not the same.

First, no emergency order was declared. And second, Raytheon was given the choice of not spending American taxpayer money in another country, ergo make a business decision. Finally, Trump’s declaration did not harm or potentially harm any employees. And I doubt the people who kept their jobs at Carrier would have objected to Trump’s move.

I’ve written extensively on the scam of the Wuflu. From infection rates to death rates, this shakedown is as easy to spot as pig on roller skates. Worse, the fraud of the “vaccines” should have landed both Fauci and Biden in prison. So America owes the Judge Doughty a debt of gratitude. He brings enough pause for some people to perhaps find sanity, and demand that this government end these ridiculous and reckless state of emergencies over this farce.

Further, we must ensure that Team Demento and governors have limited power in this area forever more. No one individual should be able to shut down an entire population, particularly over this type of nonsense.

SCOTUS could learn a few lessons from their underlings.
