We’ve now passed the one year mark. It feels like we should all get a free T-shirt. “I survived Biden’s First Year in Office.”
Of course, a free T-shirt isn’t going to soften the blow of Bidenflation. Especially since the real cost of the ‘free’ shirts would be added to our deficit. And I don’t really how we will make it to year four. In fact, I’m not sure of a lot of things- like how Biden gets away with so many lies.
Trump is repeatedly accused of dishonesty. In fact, even Fox News, a supposed conservative network, categorizes Trump’s claims about Jan. 6th as “unsubstantiated” when common sense should prevail here. There’s no way Biden got more votes than Obama. And he sure didn’t beat Donald Trump. So that’s Lie #1.
Ten Big Whoppers
Let’s start with the election and go from there.
The Big Cheat. I don’t care who denies it, the truth is plain to see.
Biden said the economy was already crashing when he took office.
But we know the truth. When Trump was president, this country was flourishing and the economy saw unprecedented growth. Just check your old bank statements for proof.
Biden told voters in June 2021 that “there’s nobody suggesting there’s unchecked inflation on the way — no serious economist.”
Yet, inflation is now termed “Bidenflation,” and it’s the highest we’ve seen in 40+ years.
Biden tried to make Jan. 6th into some sacred remembrance equivalent to that of 9/11.
Then he claimed Trump and his Republican allies were trying to suppress the vote and subvert elections. According to the Federalist: “In reality, however, Democrats and their buddies in Big Tech and the corporate media were the ones conspiring to rig the 2020 election. As The Federalist’s Mollie Hemingway reports:
“Hundreds of laws and processes were changed in the months leading up to the election, sometimes legally and sometimes not, creating chaos, confusion, and uncertainty. Tech oligarch Mark Zuckerberg, one of the world’s wealthiest and most powerful men, spent $419 million — nearly as much as the federal government itself — to interfere in the government’s management of the election in key states.”
Pro-Democrat propaganda in the media and censorship of conservative voices and damning stories like the New York Post’s report on Hunter Biden also contributed to the scheme.”
At a 50th anniversary celebration for Amtrak, Biden told a very tall tale.
Biden decided to say he’s ridden 1.5 million miles on their trains. Fox News tells a different story.
“When I became vice president, one of the Capitol Hill newspapers estimated that I had taken more than 7,000 round trips on Amtrak over my career,” Biden said. “I think that’s an exaggeration. I’m going to rely on those two conductors. … One of them was a guy named Angelo Negri.”
Biden continued, telling the audience Negri estimated Biden had traveled 1.5 million miles on Amtrak trains around his fourth or fifth year as vice president, which would have been in 2013 or 2014.
“My mom was sick, and I used to try to come home almost every weekend as vice president to see her,” Biden said. “I got on the train and Angelo Negri came up and he goes, ‘Joey, baby,’ and he grabbed my cheek like he always did. … He said, ‘Joey, what’s the big deal? One-point-three million miles on Air Force Two? Do you know how many miles you traveled on Amtrak?’ I said, ‘No, Angie, I don’t know.’ He gave me the calculation and he said you traveled 1.5 million miles on Amtrak.”
As Fox News pointed out, however, an obituary for Negri says the conductor retired in 1993, decades before Biden’s supposed story took place, while he was still a senator from Delaware. Biden’s mother died in 2010.
- Biden continues to call the scamdemic a “pandemic of the unvaccinated,” despite the tens of thousands of breakthrough cases, and admissions from both doctors and scientists that the vaccine doesn’t even work.
- The President even fabricated a Manchin quote to pretend he had the senator’s support.”Biden claimed Sen. Joe Manchin of West Virginia told members of the progressive caucus that he “misled” them by opposing the administration’s Build Back Better plan.“…and Joe (Manchin) went on TV today, uh, (I don’t know) whether it’s TV or not, I’m told he was speaking to the Liberal Caucus in the House and said, ‘Joe Biden didn’t mislead you, I misled you,’” Biden claimed.” Of course, Manchin never said that.
- Biden even took credit for desegregating the nation. Although leftists now wish they could resegregate themselves.”In an address to HBCU graduates in December, Biden claimed that he “got started in politics because of the civil rights movement” and that he played a role in desegregating his community.“I noticed some of your looks, and I thought you were wondering how does he know the black national anthem? Well, because I sat in the black church after going to 7:00 mass. I’m a practicing Catholic. And 10:00 on the Eastside, getting ready to go out and desegregate restaurants and movie theaters,” Biden said.
In 1987, however, Biden said that while he was “very concerned about the civil rights movement” at its prime in the 1960s, “I was not an activist.” Biden said he was “involved” in what the black community was thinking because of his time working at an “all-black swimming pool” but admitted he did not participate in any big protests for change.
“I was involved, but I was not out marching. I was not down in Selma. I was not anywhere else,” Biden said.
Biden also pretended that the $1.8 Trillion American Families Plan won’t add to our deficit.
“Biden claimed in Virginia on May 3 while promoting the $1.8 trillion American Families Plan that the Democrats’ latest behemoth wish-list bill “doesn’t add a single penny to our deficit.”“It’s paid for by making sure corporate America and the wealthiest 1 percent just pay their fair share,” Biden said.
According to the Committee for a Responsible Federal Budget, however, the plan “includes $1.5 trillion of offsets, resulting in a $300 billion net deficit impact over a decade.””
Biden Says Anyone Making Less Than $400k Doesn’t Have to Pay Taxes
“Anybody making less than $400,000 a year will not pay a single penny in taxes,” the Democrat said. “And we will not increase the deficit either, unlike the last gigantic tax cut which increased the deficit by $2 trillion.”
Biden’s words may be a gaffe, but even experts agree that his promise not to raise taxes on those making less than $400,000 a year is ambitious and not realistic. Even if the Democrats concentrate on “taxing the rich,” those who fall below the $400,000 mark are subject to consequences from a highly taxed economy.”
Too bad I can’t personally hold Biden to the no taxes promise. That sure would help out my family that is suffering under this downward spiraling economy. Gas, groceries, utilities- we can barely afford any of it anymore. Sorry kids, no mall today. We can’t afford to fill up the car or buy you a new t-shirt.
The lies don’t seem to stop. For example, Biden claims that vaccinated people can’t spread covid. But they can. He also says he never supported war in Afghanistan. Yet, records show that he voted ‘Yea’ when the Senate decided to send the military to the middle east. Biden also said the border crisis was “one awful mess” left by the Trump administration. However, it’s quite simple to look at the numbers and see who decided to let in the rift raft, and who kept them out.
In fact, Biden’s told many lies related to the border. First, he said there was no crisis. Then he said Trump never planned for the upcoming crisis. Which that may be true, because had Trump remained president, there would be no crisis to prepare for. Biden’s even claimed to have the crisis under control.
That’s a lot of lies to take in all at once. But guess what folks? I barely scratched the surface. If you want to read all 108 lies the Federalist found, click here. Or here. Then grab a pair of reading glasses and fresh cup of coffee, because if you’re reading the list of Biden’s lies, you’ll be tied up for quite a while.
