Pelosi in 2022: Determined or Deranged?

Pelosi officially announced her intentions to seek re-election during the 2022 midterms. After 35 years in office, one has to wonder, is the Congresswoman determined, or simply deranged?

The Floridian Press shared Pelosi’s announcement:

“I am running for re-election to Congress and respectfully seek your support,” Pelosi said in a video message shared to her political Twitter account. “I would be greatly honored by it and grateful for it.”

“While we have made progress much more needs to be done to improve people’s lives. This election is crucial: nothing less is at stake than our Democracy,” Pelosi added. “But we don’t agonize; we organize. I am running for re-election to Congress to deliver for the people and defend Democracy.”

The House Speaker neglects to point out that she’s been sitting on Capitol Hill since the 1980s. I was literally learning to ride a bike when she was supposed to be advocating for progress and change. Why then wasn’t anything amazing accomplished?

What happened?

Pelosi believes her leadership is integral. But it’s honestly a burden on the entire country. Thus, one has to ask why Pelosi believes otherwise. Here’s one theory: Deranged Detachment Syndrome. If this hasn’t already been added to the list of mental disorders and their symptoms, it’s time to add it to the official DSM (Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders). We can look to Pelosi for a list of symptoms.

  • Delusions of public service- one believes their actions to be beneficial to society when, in fact, their behavior harms society.
  • Prone to hypocrisy- one sets rules and expectations for others that she is unwilling or unable to personally comply with.
  • Drawn to Drama- one who believes herself to be naturally superior to both colleagues and constituents, when in fact, one possesses both inferior IQ and social skills.
  • Unethical- willing to bend the rules if there is a financial gain. Also willing to lie for others to cover similar behaviors.
  • Cheater- it doesn’t matter whether it’s a marriage, a tennis match, or an election. This kind of person wants a win whether it was earned or not. And they’re not afraid to force the win any way they can.

Based on this criteria, Pelosi is seriously suffering. Democrats should put the old bat out of her misery and send her to assisted living where she can prepare a place for her good buddy Joe to move in next door.

What’s the Payoff?

Dr. Phil has interesting insights into behavior. Like he often points out, people only do things that bring a payoff. Whether its emotional, physical, of financial- nobody does something for nothing. Which begs the question- what does Pelosi get out of another term in office?

This world is a shit-show. There’s no better word for it. If I were Pelosi, I’d be hiding in some basement praying no one found me. She’s been in charge of the Democrats for nineteen years. That’s outrageous, considering the state of our union. We’re in trouble. And if Pelosi thinks she can help, that’s where the delusions come in. So what else could be the payoff?

How ’bout the Big Cheat. Perhaps in 2022 it gets EVEN BIGGER. If so, Pelosi likely plays a pivotal role in keeping the Democrats on top. Because the numbers don’t add up. There’s no way Biden got 80 million votes. But if we pretended (and it’s hard to do) that he did, we have to remember that after the election, the fool took office.

Like Trump recently said, we had no idea this ship would sink so far, so fast. Everything’s a mess. The economy, the supply chain, the scamdemic. And there’s no relief in sight. Further, Democrats see it. A blind man couldn’t deny the destruction all around. That being said, even if 80 million Americans were fooled once, they would never be fooled twice. Which means it would take three times the sneaky measures to keep a Democrat in the Oval Office.

Which leaves Pelosi with one more big agenda item to handle. Who would be the next slimy politician installed at the top? Sista girl knows it can’t be her.
