Biden Betrays Bedfellow: Putin is War CRIMINAL

Did the President forget his beef with Ukraine?

It’s no secret that President Biden wasn’t much an ally to President Zelensky or the Ukraine. It started back when Biden was VP, and he didn’t want anyone digging too deep into his crackhead son or Hunter’s job at Burisma. But hey, things change.

Actually, it’s quite possible that Biden no longer remembers being Ukraine’s adversary. The dementia runs deep these days. But it is surprising for Biden to turn on Putin, after all their oil dealings together.

Perhaps Zelensky won Biden’s favor with his emotional pleas earlier today. The Ukrainian president talked about Pearl Harbor and Martin Luther King, Jr. Then he begged Biden to be a real leader. And while it might only last a day or so, it seems Biden really took to Zelensky’s cries.

Fox news elaborates:

President Joe Biden called Vladimir Putin a “war criminal” on Wednesday just hours after Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy appealed to the U.S. Congress for more assistance in the fight against Russian forces invading his country.

The president had initially said “no” when asked by Fox News reporter Jacqui Heinrich if he considers Putin a war criminal, but circled back about 30 seconds later and said, “Did you ask me whether I would call… Oh, I, I think he is a war criminal.”

Earlier in the day, Biden condemned Russia’s invasion and said the U.S. is sending more weapons to Ukraine, including anti-aircraft, anti-armor weapons, body armor, guns, and drones.

“Putin is inflicting appalling, appalling devastation and horror on Ukraine, bombing apartment buildings, maternity wards, hospitals. I mean, it’s God awful,” Biden said. “The world is united in our support for Ukraine and our determination to make Putin pay a very heavy price.”

White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki said at a briefing that the president’s remarks “speak for themselves,” but that a “legal process” is still underway at the State Department.

“He was speaking from his heart and speaking from what we’ve seen on television, which is barbaric actions by a brutal dictator through his invasion of a foreign country,” Psaki said.

Change of Heart?

Before Zelensky’s latest outcry, Biden’s resisted criticizing Putin. It’s quite surprising on the surface, considering the Democrat’s constant whining that Trump and Putin were besties. One would think leftists would be quick to say Putin bad, Zelensky good. Especially when you factor in such details as the funding of Zelensky’s campaign. He was backed by none other than George Soros. But Biden remained largely loyal to Putin.

Perhaps the fact that at least one Biden advisor and a lot of lobbyists have been raking in millions since Biden canceled the Keystone Pipeline and started buying oodles of Russian oil played a part in Biden’s stance. Especially since leftists didn’t even care until gas hit $5 a gallon.

However, now Biden’s definitely on the outside looking in, as the U.S. Senate unanimously approved a measure to investigate Putin and other Russian officials for “war crimes” and “crimes against humanity.” So, jumping to condemn Putin is a move Democrats have been waiting for Biden to make.

Fox adds:

Russia’s military attacked a theater in Mariupol on Wednesday where “hundreds of innocent civilians were hiding,” Ukraine Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba said.

“The building is now fully ruined. Russians could not have not known this was a civilian shelter,” Kuleba wrote on Twitter. “Save Mariupol! Stop Russian war criminals!”

Russian forces have also been accused of using cluster munitions and vacuum bombs in the war, which violate international law.

About 700 civilians have been killed since Russia invaded Ukraine on Feb. 24, but the United Nations says the actual number is likely much higher.

Between Biden, Kamala Harris, and Nancy Pelosi, our top three leaders now make our country seem ignorant, unprepared and weak. And until we get these people out of office, it’s pretty well the truth.
