Biden’s Latest Vote-Buying Gimmick

I’m not fooled. Leftists still plan to cheat in the next election, just like they do in all elections.

Regardless, Democrats will pretend to fight. One approach Democrats use is to buy votes. Like Biden’s $10,000 payoff of student loans. Sadly for him, that trick backfired. Because a lot more people finished paying, and rightfully feel slighted about the payouts. After all, they didn’t get payouts.

Understanding that student loans failed miserably, Biden’s team has a new gimmick.

As part of the Inflation Non-Reduction Act, Biden offered up alms to the Green Energy Gestapo. And they are spending millions of dollars lying about the real purpose of this act; something that will in no way reduce inflation.

Ironically, Biden wants to give up to $14,000 in rebates and tax credits for people to make their homes more energy efficient. Obama tried this same nonsense, when he gave his payoffs to the green weenies.

In fact, Obama wasted more than $150 BILLION for a 1% gain through green energy and the crooked “solar power” nonsense.

As we wrote back in 2017:

For decades, green energy supporters touted solar energy as the answer. However, the solar energy industry cannot support itself without massive government subsidies. The average homeowner would need a $30,000 system just to save $2,000 a year. And who really knows what the savings are, given the Obama administration’s “fake data.”

Regardless, even using their numbers it would take 15 years just to recover one’s initial investment. Since the average home owner stays in their house less than 13 years, a buyer never recovers his or her investment.

What cracks me up is that Biden will be giving this money disproportionately to the well-off. Just like his student loan gimmick.

Apparently, Obama taught his bestie a few tricks after all.

Under Biden’s plan (the one he didn’t write and probably can’t comprehend), the $14,000 can be used to lower the cost of home upgrades, ranging from installing heat pumps to buying new electric appliances like stoves and dryers. I can see the run on appliances by many middle-class white people who will take advantage of this.

Some Americans will actually look at their new stove and say “thanks Joe,” as they mistakenly vote for the left to keep on being in charge. Meanwhile, they will never comprehend the many ways in which the government will recoup it’s funding.

Higher taxes, more inflation, that new washer and dryer aren’t free– no matter what the hype tells you.

However, there is a catch. In order to claim these rebates and tax credits, you’ll need to do an energy audit of your home, with an expert. This typically costs an average of $400. I wonder if Biden plans on passing that out, too? Many lower income families can’t afford an ‘energy audit’, so where is their handout coming from?

As for the impact on global climate farce, this ploy represents a fart in a hurricane.

Biden, Kevin Jackson
