What Nightmare is Lurking in Your Child’s School Bathroom?

Last year, we brought you the story of the Louden County father who was arrested for getting angry at a school board.

Scott Smith wasn’t just angry. He was mortified. Horrified. And in a state of disbelief. He sent his little girl to school, expecting that she was safe inside those walls. Yet, nothing could be further from the truth.

If you don’t remember Scott Smith and the Louden County Schoolboard Meeting being referenced, here’s a little refresher.

It’s amazing just how many things parents have to worry about. Reading levels, school supplies, competent teachers, over-crowded classrooms- these are the everyday concerns. Then there are the chances of school shootings, pedophiles disguised as school employees, bullying, and shockingly, rape in the bathroom. These are the things we should never have to think about.

Unfortunately, that’s not the way life goes. Now, not only are students raped on campus, but schools are so afraid of the optics regarding LGBTQ, they’re willing to cover up serious crimes.

At least that’s what happened to one Virginia student, and her dad isn’t taking it lying down. In fact, he went viral after being dragged out of a Louden County School Board meeting.

Scott Smith was outraged with his 15-year-old daughter was raped by a 14-year-old trans boy in the girls’ bathroom at Stone Bridge High School. Not only is the crime itself viscous, and traumatic, but the school tried to play it off as “no big deal.”

In fact, school officials didn’t even use the word “rape.” Instead, they called it a “physical altercation” in the restroom. Like a little fight over lip gloss? A simple push and shove between girls?

Of course, when he arrived at the school, Smith learned the horrific truth. Not only was his daughter brutally raped, but the school hoped the situation could be handled “in house.” They didn’t even notify police.

Personally, I think this Dad handled the situation pretty well, all things considered.

Had it been my daughter, I can’t tell you what I’d do, because it would incriminate me if something bad ever went down, if you get my drift.

Reports say:

After Smith became furious and challenged their decision, officials called Loudon County Sheriff’s deputies.

“I went nuts. I called the principal a pussy. Six cop cars showed up like a fucking SWAT team,” said Smith, adding that he had “exploded with rage.”

Smith and the family’s attorney say a rape kit and other tests prove a sexual assault occurred. After presenting the evidence to the police, a case was opened.

“Thank God that I drew enough attention to it, without getting arrested, that we got an escort to the hospital and they administered a rape kit that night,” he said.

Two months after the incident, the boy was arrested for forced sodomy along with other counts, according to the family’s attorney.

Three weeks after the alleged rape, Smith attended a school board meeting on June 22, where a discussion on a proposal to protect transgender students was on the agenda. After he was dragged out of the meeting, he was ridiculed on social media, and painted as a right-wing anti-trans bigot by the left.

Loudoun County dad Scott Smith dragged out of school woke board meeting & found guilty of disorderly conduct/resisting arrest reveals his daughter was ‘raped’ in the girls’ bathroom by a ‘skirt-wearing’ boy who was arrested for a 2nd girl later. & School WOKE Board COVERED IT UP. pic.twitter.com/odjuzYniQz

The school covered up a crime. The justice system behaved in a flagrantly political manner. And the media was happy to participate in the politically-useful smearing, as usual. Morally appalling failures from top to bottom.

The family has established a GoFundMe account.

“My wife and I are gay- and lesbian-friendly,” Smith told the Daily Wire. “We’re not into this children transgender stuff. The person that attacked our daughter is apparently bisexual and occasionally wears dresses because he likes them. So this kid is technically not what the school board was fighting about. The point is kids are using it as an advantage to get into the bathrooms.”

It’s been a year since all of this happened.

Honestly, I thought it was all over and done with. But apparently, Mr. Smith is still tangled up in the court system. Whatever happened to a speedy trial? I mean, this guy didn’t assault anyone. He didn’t try to shoot anyone or stab anyone. He simply demanded to know why his daughter was RAPED at school, and the school’s response was a chicken-sh*t brush it under the rug reaction that even tried to keep the parents in the dark!

The charges against Scott Smith should’ve been dismissed by the time they booked him into the county jail. But once again, the swamp dwellers are in charge. Thus, they wanted to make Smith into an example.

Thankfully, there’s been a big break in the case.

Fox News explains:

Virginia judge has booted liberal Loudoun County Commonwealth’s Attorney Buta Biberaj from an appeal case citing “concerns” over “impartiality.” The case involves a Virginia father who was arrested last year while speaking out at a school board meeting after his daughter was sexually assaulted in a public school bathroom by a male student.

“All that Scott Smith and his family have ever asked for is that the Loudoun County school system protect their daughter and treat them fairly; it has not,” Bill Stanley, the attorney for Virginia father Scott Smith, said in a press release Monday provided to Fox News Digital.

“The Court’s Order today has corrected, in some measure, the injustice created by Ms. Biberaj’s bias against Mr. Smith, and the Court has restored his hope for a fair trial on the remaining charge against him in his quest to protect his beloved daughter. We are very grateful for the Court’s ruling,” Stanley added.

Mr. Smith added his own statement:

“A fair system of criminal justice that is void of both bias and political agendas is the cornerstone of a free society,” Smith said in comment provided to Fox News Digital. “From the beginning, Ms. Biberaj has sought to make an example of me for simply standing up to defend my daughter at the now infamous Loudoun County School Board meeting. But Biberaj has demonstrated a bias against me throughout the court proceedings, and she has continued to fan the flames of those who would label parents like me who stand in protection of their kids against dangerous school policies as being ‘domestic terrorists.’”

“Nothing could be further from the truth.”

Isn’t is a crying shame that protecting our children can land us on the wrong side of the law? For speaking out against one of the most vile crimes often committed? Somebody please explain, because this just doesn’t make sense. Of course, leftism rarely does.
