Four Americans were kidnapped in Mexico, two of whom are now dead, and it’s Biden’s fault. Let’s say it together: this would NEVER happen under President Trump.
Literally, my wife and I were discussing this very topic with a couple whose son plays on the same baseball team as our son. I said to them that I will not visit Rocky Point, because I’m hesitant to visit Mexico. The husband is an American of Mexican heritage, and his wife is a Mexican who came to the U.S. legally.
They both agreed with me that Mexico poses too many threats to Americans.
In this latest case, the FBI offered a $50,000 reward for the return of the four Americans kidnapped at gunpoint in Mexico, but their efforts were only partially successful. After crossing into Matamoros, the prospective patients disappeared. Shortly after, video captures their attack. While under gunfire, the desperate Americans were loaded into a truck. By the time they were found, two were dead.
I know this area well, having gone to high school in what is known in Texas as “the valley”. Matamoros is just south of Brownsville, Texas, about 30 miles from Harlingen; where I went to school. As a cadet at a military school in Harlingen, we use to sneak into Matamoros on the weekends because of the lax laws on drinking. In the four years that I lived in the area, I can only remember a couple of minor incidents from our visits to Matamoros.
One guy got into a fight, and the other I think got lost for a bit after drinking too much. But no kidnappings, shootings, or anything close.
But now that we have a feckless “p”resident and Commander-in-Grief, Americans are not safe.
Too bad you can’t ask the Americans killed or still hiding in Afghanistan. Obviously, they can attest to the consequences of Biden’s policy failures. There’s not a government or gang on this globe that fears Biden’s retaliation. He’s about as scary as a tadpole.
Now, we add two more causalities to the list. The kicker here is that our government knew who did this all along: the Gulf Cartel- one of the oldest organized crime factions in Mexico.
Strangely enough, I don’t recall any incidents of this nature happening under Trump. He had a way of saying “you don’t want to land on our bad side” that resonated.
Recipe for Disaster
Sadly, these deaths were completely unnecessary, and could’ve been prevented by strengthening any number of Biden policies. The border crisis empowered the cartel, as they know Biden can’t and won’t take action against them. Failed foreign policy allowed the Mexican government to sit idly by while Americans were endangered. And last, but definitely not least, Obamacare ultimately failed these people.
That’s right, Obamacare. In fact, Obamacare is such a disaster that tens of thousands of Americans cross the border seeking medical treatments they should be able to get at here at home. Instead, Shaeed Woodard and Zindell Brown died trying to get cheap surgery because our president failed, and will continue to fail. Clearly, Biden is a murderer, and leftists in denial are complicit in his crimes. Had this happened under Trump we would be hearing one word: IMPEACH.
