What will Democrats do now that their plan to wreck the economy failed?
In what amounts to a blip on the screen, the markets dipped and Democrats declared financial Armageddon on Trump’s economy. They torpedoed his economic policies and did all they could to help crater the stock market. That worked about as well as the 2020 election and J6 lies: Trump eventually won in the end.
President Trump entered the ongoing war on tariffs, only this time he took the offensive. And in what looks like a financial version of D-Day, President Trump landed on the beaches of Normandy and pushed back the financial Nazis.
US stocks rose before the bell on Friday, poised for weekly wins after an easing in US-China trade tensions. Investors also eyed a looming vote on President Trump’s sweeping tax and spending bill.
S&P 500 futures (ES=F) moved up 0.4%, coming off a fourth straight day of gains for the broad benchmark. Contracts on the Dow Jones Industrial Average (YM=F) and the tech-heavy Nasdaq 100 (NQ=F) both advanced 0.4% too.
As it turned out, Wall Street ended a recent week on a positive note after the surprise US-China tariff rollback kicked it off with a bang and a rally in stocks.
The S&P 500 experienced a five-day win streak, having erased all its 2025 losses as an air of normality returned to the market. Investors have jumped back into what the Left considered risky assets. Walmart tried throwing a wrench in the deal by warning of higher prices only to get sternly rebuffed by President Trump.
Hard to believe that any analyst worth his weight would be against the world’s largest economy in a battle with its biggest trade loss partner. Moreover, the economy is managed by the man who wrote and perfected “The Art of the Deal.” But that’s exactly what some analysts did. I liken these analysts to the pollsters who continually predicted Trump’s political demise, wholly ignoring the real data. It’s as if the analysts and the pollsters had established the outcome, and were writing and theorizing based on those (paid-for) outcomes.
The Broader Democratic Freefall: When Losing Is a Pattern, Not a Fluke
Let’s talk about freefall. The kind of political nosedive where you don’t just lose altitude—you shed credibility, logic, and voter support along the way. That’s where Democrats are now.
They bet against American prosperity, and lost. They declared tariffs would destroy our economy, and now they’re watching as Trump’s tactical use of them rebuilds our global standing. They wanted inflation to stick around just long enough to blame Trump—only to see prices begin to stabilize under his guidance. They fought border enforcement so long, they’re now defending the human trafficking wing of the DNC.
But let’s zoom in on a few of the truly deranged highlights of the Left’s Greatest Loser Hits:
1. Immigration: In Love With MS-13 and Open Borders
Democrats have gone from “we need reform” to “let’s treat international criminals like exchange students.” MS-13 used to be shorthand for terror. Now, under Democrats, it’s just another misunderstood cultural group.
President Trump called them what they are—animals. The Left gasped as if he had insulted Beyoncé. And yet, ask the American people whether they want MS-13 members living next door, and the answer is louder than a Kamala Harris nervous giggle.
Not only did Trump fight the influx, he made it a national issue. Sanctuary cities? He turned them into national jokes. Immigration under Democrats is like watching a bank leave its vault open—while charging customers to guard it.
2. Inflation: Their Favorite Weapon That Backfired
Remember when Democrats blamed Trump for inflation while simultaneously printing money like it was scratch-off tickets? When Trump warned about the consequences of reckless spending, they called him out of touch. Yet they’re the ones who needed a Rosetta Stone to read a grocery receipt.
Bidenomics turned $100 into an appetizer. Trump, meanwhile, flipped the script. Under his return, we’re watching the economy breathe again. And that’s got to sting. The Left’s economic plan could best be described as: Break everything. Blame Trump. Repeat.
3. Tariffs: The Left’s Financial Panic Attack
Democrats treated tariffs like economic cyanide. They screamed, they cried, and they predicted a total collapse. Instead, Trump pulled off a global trade renegotiation the way he builds skyscrapers—with iron resolve and an eye on ROI.
China blinked. Europe adjusted. Mexico signed on. And the U.S.? We gained leverage. Trump’s strategy wasn’t about isolation; it was about respect. Something the Left still doesn’t get because they’re too busy asking permission from foreign leaders to run their own country.
4. Ukraine: Where Did All the Money-Beggars Go?
Now here’s a funny thing: remember when Ukraine was the cause? A nonstop drip campaign of guilt trips and war flags. But now that Trump is back in charge (or even just near it), the panhandlers have gone silent.
Could it be that the Ukraine war was less about defending freedom and more about defending a money-laundering pipeline through NGOs and defense contractors? ActBlue saw record donations during that time—and so did the luxury real estate markets in DC.
Ukraine fatigue? Or just busted pipes? Either way, Trump’s America First policy shines bright next to Biden’s “America Funds Everyone” disaster.
5. ActBlue: Democrat Money-Laundering in Broad Daylight
ActBlue isn’t a fundraising platform. It’s a rinse cycle for corruption. Dead donors? Check. Repeated micro-donations from poor people who don’t know they’ve been fleeced? Check.
It’s the kind of operation that would make a Nigerian prince blush. Yet no media scrutiny. No DOJ raids. Just more cash flowing to ghost candidates and shell operations.
Trump and allies have exposed this racket, and while the Left clutches its pearls, voters are asking why their grandma donated to Bernie Sanders 400 times after she passed away.
6. DOGE: Democrats Fighting Against Anti-Corruption?
Who fights against a federal office meant to uncover fraud and abuse? Democrats, of course. The DOGE (Department of Government Efficiency) initiative proposed by Trump became the Left’s newest villain.
Imagine being so corrupt, you view transparency as a threat. If Trump had proposed a national kitten adoption center, they would’ve called it fascist.
DOGE is popular precisely because it reveals just how bloated and broken government programs are. And that scares the Left to death. Waste is their business model.
7. Election Integrity: Their Ultimate Trigger Word
Ask a Democrat to show ID to buy a gun—no problem. Ask them to show ID to vote? Suddenly it’s Jim Crow 2.0.
Trump’s insistence on election integrity has exposed the Left’s dependency on chaos. They need confusion, ballot harvesting, unmonitored drop boxes, and algorithms that look like a calculus final.
If elections were a poker game, Democrats would demand blindfolds, random decks, and the right to draw after the hand is called. Integrity is the enemy of manipulation. Trump knows it. So do voters.
What’s Left for the Left?
The Democrats are out of tricks. They’ve lost the narrative, the trust, and increasingly, the base. Their coalition of identity politics is fracturing. Young voters are walking away. Minorities aren’t buying the sob stories. And independents are done being guilt-tripped.
They’re left defending policies nobody wants, candidates nobody trusts, and results nobody can see. Even CNN has trouble faking enthusiasm.
And it’s all because they backed the wrong horse. They built their kingdom on anti-Trumpism instead of pro-America policies. And now, with Trump ascending again, they’re stuck.
No net. No plan. Just a long fall and the sound of midterms—and 2024—rushing up fast.
From Resistance to Irrelevance
The Democrats waged war on a man who loved the country more than their power. And they lost. Not because he was perfect, but because they were consistently wrong.
Trump’s victories—from tariffs to trade, inflation to immigration—are built on logic, not slogans. And America is waking up.
The economy? Rebounding. Global power? Returning. Voter enthusiasm? Surging. The party of broken mirrors and busted ideologies is out of time.
They didn’t just fall. They jumped. And now, as Trump reclaims the spotlight, Democrats are learning the hard way:
You don’t bet against America. And you sure as hell don’t bet against Donald J. Trump.
