Democrat Says Russian Investigation Finds NO Smoking Gun [VIDEO]
Investigators have been looking for proof to tie the Trump campaign to Russia.
After months of searching, nothing but dead ends have materialized.
And although that won’t change, this won’t stop the Left from searching under every rock, except those marked Clinton. Democrats hope beyond hope to find some shred of evidence that ties Trump to the Russians.
Democrats search for lies, not the truth.
Recall back in March, Representative Devin Nunes admitted there was no evidence against Trump. Then, Obama’s Intel Adviser echoed that.
These revelations caused Democrats to dig deeper.
Now, another Democratic Senator has stepped forward to say no evidence of Trump collusion with Russia exists.
According to The Blaze:
Democratic Sen. Mark Warner (Va.) admitted Sunday that the Senate Intelligence Committee has not yet found a smoking gun during its investigation into potential collusion between President Donald Trump’s campaign and Russian operatives.
“There is a lot of smoke,” Warner, who is vice chairman of the Intelligence Committee, told CNN’s Jake Tapper. “We have no smoking gun at this point, but there is a lot of smoke.”
Warner repeated himself on CBS’ “Face the Nation” later the same day.
Warner told host John Dickerson that “every week there’s more smoke that appears,” though he reiterated the fact that the committee has found no “smoking gun” or conclusive evidence to date.
However, the investigation will continue to “sort through” all the information to determine if there is any veracity to the suggestion that Russia did work with Trump associates to influence the 2016 election, Warner told Dickerson.
Smoke and Mirrors
Sadly, this latest admission from the Democratic Party won’t slow down their witch hunt. Still, such admissions are important.
Warner’s admission proves Democrats are living in fantasy land.
For months, most Democrats have acted like they were sitting on piles of evidence. As expected, they have nothing.
