Stephen Colbert DESTROYS Rachel Maddow Over Trump Flop

While Conservatives giggled over the Rachel Maddow nationwide TV flop over TrumpTax, Leftists weren’t so jubilant.

Many Leftist felt that Maddow let them down, as she not only didn’t destroy Trump but in fact vindicated him.

Worse yet, Maddow hyped her segment up to the point that many Leftists readied their gluten-free popcorn and mimosas for the spectacle. The dominant Leftist political pundit tantalized her based, and then she let them down.

According to Time, fellow Leftist Stephen Colbert didn’t take the gaffe lightly.

Like many on Twitter, Stephen Colbert apparently didn’t appreciate Rachel Maddow’s contextual buildup to revealing President Donald Trump’s 2005 tax return Tuesday night.

During Wednesday’s episode of The Late Show, the host spoofed the MSNBC pundit’s take on breaking news with a cold open that poked fun at her lengthy introduction to the scoop.

“I hold in my hand something very significant,” Colbert said, holding up a piece of paper. “It is a joke — a joke that we have confirmed has been heard by Donald Trump. We believe this is the first time any joke connected with Donald Trump has been released.”

Colbert went on to slow-roll his introduction while digressing multiple times to discuss things like chickens.

Admittedly, I didn’t watch the Maddow segment, however I know what it’s like to run out of material. It’s like a fighter who runs out of gas in the match. No matter how skilled, when you have no stamina, the fight turns out bad.

Maddow had all the air sucked out of her highly-promoted segment by Trump himself, as we reported. And if Colbert’s depiction is any real indicator, Maddow was painful to watch, as she writhed in the equivalent of journalistic death throes.

Colbert wasn’t the only bad press she got.

This tweep had some fun with MSNBC tax cheats:

And here’s a bit of Leftist hypocrisy that should garner a chuckle!

Finally, take a trip back to the future. Here’s what Hillary Clinton said of Trump and his taxes.
