DHS SECRETARY KELLY Gives OMINOUS WARNING About Terror in America

Wait until the Trump administration starts telling the truth about terror.

Perhaps they have taken the first steps to let the American people know just what they inherited from the Obama administration.

Speaking on “Fox & Friends,” Homeland Security Secretary John Kelly on Friday said “if people knew what he knew, they’d “never leave the house.”

He then described how the global terror threat right now is far worse than the public is led to believe. Kelly explained,

“It’s everywhere. It’s constant…nonstop. The good news for us in America is we have amazing people protecting us every day…But it can happen here almost anytime.”

To bolster Kelly’s point, consider the multiple attacks by Muslim terrorists just in the last week.

There was the suicide bombing in Manchester and strikes in Egypt, the Philippines and finally the Muslim terror attack in Indonesia.

Ironically, most people aren’t even aware of the other attacks, as the Muslim terror attack in Manchester soaked up most of the news cycles. But the nature of Leftism sweeps things under the rug. In fact, outside of the standard platitudes, most Leftists ignore the radical Muslim element of these attacks.

American Leftists give their typical responses, and say the dumbest things, while rarely if ever condemning those who perpetrate the destruction.

As Kelly commented, these attacks were all carried out “by generally the same [terror] groups,” meaning ISIS.

“I was telling [Fox host] Steve [Doocy] on the way in here, if he knew what I knew about terrorism, he’d never leave the house in the morning,” Kelly said. “But the good news is, again, we have the finest men and women in uniform, out of uniform — police officers, local law enforcement, New York City cops — protecting us.”

One would think Leftists would be embarrassed to support groups who claim responsibility for death and mayhem.

And, the Obama-engendered Islamic State claimed responsibility for the bombing in Manchester, which left 22 people dead and scores more injured.

ISIS reared its ugly head in Egypt, where they dozens of Coptic Christians were shot and killed by masked gunmen on Friday as they were heading to a monastery. In this attack at least 26 people were killed, and 25 more wounded.

Prior to that Muslim attack, on Wednesday, ISIS-linked terrorists set upon the southern Philippine city of Mindanao. The group beheaded a police chief, then captured a Catholic priest and his congregation, then burned down buildings.

Finally, on the same day, an ISIS operative detonated a suicide bomb in Jakarta, Indonesia. That attack left three police officers dead and 12 others injured.

These attacks are escalating at an alarming rate.

Consider what we wrote recently of the escalation of Muslim attacks:

In the 70s, the only terror attack took place in Saudi Arabia. In that attack The Grand Mosque was attacked. 240 people were killed and 180 wounded.

In the 80s, 657 people were killed 303 wounded in less than a dozen attacks. The largest attack of this decade was at the Marine barracks in Beirut where 307 Marines were killed and 75 wounded. The countries of attack were the usual suspects. Syria, Lebanon, Kuwait, and other Middle Easter countries. Hardly a decade goes by without an attack on Israel.

Even European countries were not immune, as Denmark and Spain.

By the 90s, Islamic attacks begin to escalate. There were almost 3 dozen attacks, and the total carnage for the decade came to 1049 killed and 7,757 wounded. As you can see, things have begun to ratchet up quite a bit. The list of countries has grown significantly as well.

China, the United States, the United Kingdom, France and many other have now joined the list of countries who come under attack.

So let’s recap.

Decade  People Killed   People Wounded   # of Countries attacked

70’s                       240                        180                                      1

80s                        657                        303                                      9

90s                     1,049                     7,757                                    19

These numbers are bad enough.

But when you get to the new millennium, things get far worse.

By the new millennium, they stopped measuring terror attacks by decade and began measuring by year.

In 2001 alone there were 4687 deaths by Islamic terrorist and 13,500+ wounded.

So in one year more people were killed and wounded by Islamic terrorist than in the modern era. The largest attack occurred in America, as the World Trade Center buildings were targeted. 2996 people died, and over 6000 were wounded.

In 2002, 821 people were killed, 2897+ were wounded.

In 2004, 1066 people were killed, and 4016 were wounded.

The list of countries grows and the number of attacks rises with deaths and wounded varying, but nevertheless numerous.

Only a fool would ignore what’s happening here.

But you can bet Leftists will be all too happy to ignore this.

They will pretend that 4 radical Muslim attacks didn’t happen last week, but they did.

And DHS Secretary John Kelly sounded the alarm. Let’s hope he continues to do this.
