Hasn’t the dysfunctional Republican Party had enough of RINOS like past Speakers Paul Ryan and John Boehner? Are they truly that stupid or are they masochists?
You know, when a member of the public doesn’t have the time or wherewithal to research a polltician, then a very accurate shortcut is to see who supports him or her. That’s enough to make up one’s mind. When the far-Left New Yorker magazine, among a pack of Leftist publications and broadcast media, praises Kevin McCarthy, that’s enough for me.
KEVIN McCARTHY IS SPINELESS
Jonathan Blitzer writes in the New Yorker that McCarthy’s “strength” is his “malleability”. Translation: He’s a spineless coward who will cave to the Left. Statesmen compromise without compromising principles. Political shysters will cave in and piss whichever way the wind blows.
KEVIN McCARTHY IS A LIAR
I guess President Trump was being conciliatory and noble in trying not to appear to be holding a grudge when he endorsed McCarthy. The New York Times reported that McCarthy told Republican colleagues in the aftermath of January 6 that he planned to push President Trump to resign. (As for insurrection, the term the Left bandied about and still does to brainwash the public, there was no insurrection. See my Op-Ed here).
Later that afternoon, McCarthy decried the report from the New York Times as “totally false and wrong.”
On the evening of that same day, April 22nd, 2022 it hit print and the airwaves in all of the major news outlets that the Times reporters had produced incontrovertible evidence – an audiotape – of McCarthy saying exactly what they had quoted him as saying about pushing Trump to resign.
KEVIN McCARTHY IS POWER-CRAZED
How power-crazed is Kevin McCarthy? He had the audacity to move his furniture into the Speaker’s office vacated by Nancy Pelosi SEVERAL DAYS AGO – before the House even voted!
KEVIN McCARTHY IS A LOSER
In a historic humiliation, after eight ballots by the 118th Congress, Kevin McCarthy failed to gain enough votes for the speakership. This is the first time since 1923 — ONE HUNDRED YEARS AGO — that a Speaker was not elected on the first vote. And it’s only the second time since 1859 that this has happened.
PLAN OF ACTION:
This man is not good for the country. He’s only in it for himself. So let the entire House of Representatives know on Twitter that you feel they shouldn’t vote for this egomaniacal opportunist
Let your state’s Congressmen and Congresswomen know the same via direct message here.
