Watch this woman run over a police officer

She could have been Obama's daughter

The hatred of police continues to escalate since the time of Barack Obama. The head of law enforcement who dared to utter, “The police officer acted foolishly”.

Such ignorance highlighted Obama’s presidency. And like his other political policies, that utterance continue to haunt America in one form or another.

While the data on police deaths cannot condemn Obama by trend, what is indisputable is that Obama helped establish anti-police narrative. Policing is dangerous. But Obama made it more dangerous.

Below is a snippet that shows data of police deaths by year.

Post-Obama, the trend line shows police deaths escalating. Keep in mind that many of these police deaths are self-inflicted. But I’m confident that with further investigation one would find that police deaths by citizens are escalating.

The narrative set, police killings have been escalating at an alarming level. And the years 2020 and 2021 stand out.

Over 400 death in 2020; an atrocity. But 2021 was far worse. Over 600 police deaths. The previous record besides 2020 was in 1978 when 285 officers were killed.

While police deaths dropped in 2022, that number represents the third highest level since Barack Obama’s presidency.

In a feeble attempt to undo the damage, Obama told Peter Hamby on Snapchat’s “Good Luck America” earlier this month.

“If you believe, as I do, that we should be able to reform the criminal justice system so that it’s not biased and treats everybody fairly, I guess you can use a snappy slogan, like ‘defund the police,’ but, you know, you lost a big audience the minute you say it, which makes it a lot less likely that you’re actually going to get the changes you want done.”

But black Leftist had already seen the money in Obama’s previous policy position. As CNN reported on the slogan, “Defund the Police”,

Cori Bush, who made history last month by becoming the first Black woman to represent Missouri in Congress, tweeted, “It’s not a slogan. It’s a mandate for keeping our people alive.”

Jamaal Bowman, the newly elected US representative for New York, wrote, “In 2014, #BlackLivesMatter was too much. In 2016, Kaepernick was too much. Today, discussing police budgets is too much. The problem is America’s comfort with Black death – not discomfort with slogans.”

Get your favorite law enforcement officer a treasured gift

If anybody has a comfort with Black death it’s Black people. Because it’s not the police killing blacks in outrageous numbers. Yet, the attacks on police continue.

Vicious attacks where Blacks feel vindicated to do so. Police officers targeted and executed. Collin Rugg notes on incident where a black woman intentionally drives into a police officer merely doing his job directing traffic.

New York City driver intentionally plows her car into an NYPD officer, telling authorities she wanted to teach him a “lesson.” This is what happens when you convince people that cops are the enemy. Terrible.

Sahara Dula, who is a criminal justice graduate, was driving the wrong way when a police officer confronted her.

“I told the cop I wanted to go straight, and he wouldn’t move, so I hit him. I did it on purpose,’’ Dula said to investigators.

“F**k these cops! He wouldn’t move! F**k these cops, it’s a lesson to him, and hopefully he doesn’t want to be a cop anymore.”

Dula also admitted to being high on marijuana.

She was *not* charged with attempted murder but was instead charged with first-degree attempted assault as well as other charges.

The officer suffered a broken leg.

Flip the script

Go ahead and play the game anyway you want. If this had been a white cop who ran over a black woman?

If a white cop had said “F**k these people!”?

If a cop ran over a black woman and said, “I did it on purpose!”

But this woman gets a slap on the wrist, for the most part. And what of the irony of her criminal justice degree? Don’t be surprised if she ends up the District Attorney in a big city run by Democrats. Or the Attorney General of a blue state.
