SURVEY: Black College Students Prove Dumbest
The mind is a terrible thing to waste, yet the government does a fantastic job of wasting them.
Remember the old United Negro College Fund commercials? They advertised for Americans to donate to the UNCF to fund historically black colleges and universities (HBCU). This was to educate black students specifically. What a terrible waste of money.
Student at Bethune-Cookman University in Florida showcased their absolute ignorance, as the behaved like zoo animals at their recent commencement.
Education Secretary Betsy DeVos gave the commencement speech, as student booed and turned their backs on her.
Was her message repulsive?
DeVos praised the school’s founder, Mary McLeod Bethune as someone who “refused to accept systematic and repulsive racism”.
She added that Bethune possessed “the courage to change old ideas.”
Students turned their backs to her in protest while yelling, “Liar” and “Just go” in the middle of her speech. Things evolved to such a degree that university president Edison Jackson briefly took over the microphone and sternly told the class “If this behavior continues, your degree can be mailed to you. Choose which way you want to go.”
And if that wasn’t enough, Representatives from the racist group the NAACP, as well as the national teachers’ unions, and other organizations protested outside the Ocean Center, where the ceremony was held. Protesters from The Dream Defenders, a Florida youth organization working to better the lives of black communities, said DeVos will actually make it harder for Bethune-Cookman graduates to pay back their student loans after she halted an Obama-era program to help students manage federal college loans.

President Donald Trump signed an executive order Tuesday aimed at signaling his commitment to historically black colleges and universities, saying that those schools will be “an absolute priority for this White House.”
HBCU presidents are hoping Congress will bolster Trump’s actions to strengthen the schools with dramatically increased funding in the upcoming federal budget. They are calling for $25 billion for infrastructure, college readiness, financial aid and other priorities. Under President Barack Obama’s administration, historically black colleges and universities received $4 billion over seven years.
Perhaps Bethune-Cookman grads and other black Leftists overlooked this, as they were too caught up in the Kelly Ann Conway “dress incident.“
During the Obama era, HBCU have lost as much as 25 percent of their enrollment.
Put bluntly, without Trump’s action, HBCUs likely would have disappeared within a decade. But Trump’s impact on blacks goes much deeper than that.Black American statistics for jobs took a major downward spiral under Obama.

Under Obama, black people have not fared well.
In the job market, according to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, black unemployment slid from 12.7 percent to 8.8 percent last month — down 30.7 percent. Further, BLS reports the unemployment rate for black teenagers (ages 16 to 19) also declined over the same period, from 35.3 percent to 23.3 percent — down 34 percent.
However, balance that with the number of blacks receiving food-stamps, rising from 7,393,000 to 11,699,000, the U.S. Department of Agriculture reports — up 58.2 percent in the same time-frame. Thus, this data doesn’t back up the phony unemployment statistics.
What have eight years of President Obama’s experiment with bigger government, more spending, and higher taxes yielded Americans? An underperforming economy that denies opportunity to millions of Americans. Thus, even Leftist black broadcaster Tavis Smiley criticized Obama saying,
“Sadly — and it pains me to say this — over the last decade, black folk, in the era of Obama, have lost ground in every major economic category.”
President Trump pumped life back into these black schools.
His budget would provide 5 times more funding to HBCUs. Yet, these ingrates have the nerve to boo Betsy DeVos.
Instead of protesting, the entire school should have rolled out a red carpet for Betsy kissing at her feet.
Betsy tried to calm the students by saying,
“Let’s choose to hear one another out. I am here to demonstrate in the most direct way possible that I and the administration are fully committed to your success and to the success of every student across this great country.”
And there’s the rub, as they say. Black students don’t want success. They just want to bitch…about everything. Except Democrats and Barack Obama.
