Alphonso David, president of The Human Rights Campaign turned over information about one of Cuomo’s accusers to the Cuomo “hit team.”
Speaking of the LGBTQIA+ community, we now learn that the president of the nation’s largest LGBTQ advocacy organization may have sold women out in order to protect his boss.
Cuomo is a confirmed sexual abuser of women. To what degree is debatable, as he’s no Weinstein or Epstein. Nevertheless, by today’s standards, he’s still a creep. And he is rightfully under fire for his bullying tactics in keeping women silent about his sexual proclivities.
A report released recently by the state attorney general’s office found that Cuomo had harassed multiple women. But that same report condemned Human Rights Campaign President Alphonso David.
David worked in Cuomo’s office for eight years before taking his current position in 2019. And the reported confirmed that David provided Cuomo aides with a confidential personnel file of a former Cuomo staffer after the staffer publicly accused the governor of harassment. Yes, the LGBTQ leader sold out a Democrat woman, namely Lindsey Boylan.

For the leader of a “human rights” organization to turn a blind eye to Cuomo’s now obvious objectification (and more) of women represented a “par for the course” travesty. And now David must pay the piper.
According to Reuters, the president of the largest LGBTQ advocacy group in the United States was fired on Monday.
Yes, the #MeToo movement dispatched one of its soldiers.
His dismissal was announced by the co-chairs of HRC’s board, Morgan Cox and Jodie Patterson, in a statement that said David’s actions in assisting Cuomo’s teams violated the campaign’s mission.
The organization went further in its accusations.
It accused David of making statements that included “significant untruths” about the investigation and his role in the organization.
“At HRC, we are fighting to bring full equality and liberation to LGBTQ+ People everywhere. That includes fighting on behalf of all victims of sexual harassment and assault,” the statement said.
This mission is completely disingenuous. Because this group has no interest in the rights of the non-LGBTQ. It’s true mission is to take down the “cisgender” non-LGBTQ wherever they exist. And the fact that the organization would sanction a hit on a Black LGBTQ president proves that the group has no limits in this pursuit.
Cuomo is gone, ergo another member of the non-LGBTQ patriarchy bit the dust.
Cracking eggs, but making omelets. And I won’t lose any sleep over Cuomo’s or David’s dismissals. As far as I’m concerned, America wins whenever the truth is discovered.
